The size and spaciousness of the apartment is wonderful. The location is very close to Porta Nuova station and it's an easy walk or tram/metro to get places. Having a washing machine was a real bonus too. Recommend touching base in advance to receive check-in & check-out information, luckily someone was on hand to assist us. Staff were really helpful. Definitely recommended staying here! The apartment is on the 5th floor and there is a small lift which is helpful for transporting bags.
