Turin H&Art: cuore della città

Beautiful apartment, with artistic, stylish elements including a fresco on the ceiling in the main bedroom! It is close to the main station (porta nuova) with everything at walking distance or easily reachable with public transport. Good connection also with the airport. The host was really nice and the check in went smoothly. There were water bottles in the fridge and coffee and tea bags in the kitchen, highly appreciated!

The bottles of essentials were opened and half empty in the main bathroom, most likely an honest mistake as everything else was perfect.

Posizione vicina al centro e alla stazione dei treni, inoltre si può arrivare davanti all'appartamento in macchina e ci sono parcheggi vicini. Casa spaziosa con due bagni e camere molto belle e pulite. La sala e la cucina erano grandi e offrivano tutti i comfort.

Mancava il phon (o non lo abbiamo trovato). Il bagno molto bello ma la doccia allagava il pavimento e non era facile avere la temperatura giusta dell'acqua.

Ho avuto un’ottima esperienza. La host è stata davvero molto gentile, paziente e comprensiva, e questo per me ha fatto una grande differenza. L’appartamento era molto pulito, ordinato e accogliente. Ringrazio ancora per la disponibilità e per la cortesia ricevuta. Consiglio con piacere questo alloggio.

Nulla di negativo da segnalare. L’esperienza è stata molto positiva e l’host è stata davvero gentile e disponibile.

The host was very kind and responsive, always replying quickly and helpfully. The apartment is in a central location, which made it easy to explore the city on foot.

Overall, the apartment was just decent—nothing more. It needs some renovations, with old furniture, very hard beds (I woke up with back pain every morning), and very small bathrooms. Coming from North America, where bathrooms are typically more spacious, using the facilities here was a bit of a struggle. Also, the lack of parking was a real issue for us as we were travelling by car. We had to hunt for street parking and pay around €2/hour, which added up quickly. In the end, the apartment experience felt more expensive than it should have been.
