Great location, comfy apartment in Torino

Great location (two blocks away from Porta Nuova Station) and fully-equipped. Clean, cute (I had a book-theme room) and the service was warm and welcoming. Definitely a come-back location.

I don't really have any but if I had to write something, it'd be that you could hear anything happening downstairs/next doors. Other than that, it was perfect.

You MUST book your stay HERE!! AMAZING.

We were in Italy, visiting family for my nonna's 80th birthday. The staff were the kindest people I've ever booked with. My nonna got sick and we were able to arrange for her to see a doctor, accompanied by staff. The apartment was impeccably clean and well kept. The location is PERFECT. Everything about the stay was wonderful. I will absolutely rebook this apartment again in the future. THANK YOU to the wonderful staff for making our stay seamless and joyful.

Spacious, Spotless, and Steps from Porta Nuova – A Perfect Stay!

Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Very spacious with a well equipped kitchen. Staff very welcoming and attentive. It is a short 2 minute walk to Porta Nuova Train station which has a supermarket and some fast food restaurants. We were delighted with the property and would thoroughly recommend it.

The air conditioning units a rather noisy, therefore you can’t keep them on to sleep. given the temperatures are in the low to mid 30s air conditioning is needed. In addition, an international TV station with English or a streaming service such as Netflix would be great to unwind after a busy day of site seeing.

Very convenient location 200 metres from Porta Nuova train station but quiet. Very spacious. Well appointed kitchenette. Bed extremely comfortable. Supermarket at the train station. Would be very spacious for a family.

Great location near the centre of everything (train statiion, pedestrian area, restaurants). Friendly host and nice to have lift access, as the apartment is on an upper floor.

City visit

Torino tostay is in an excellent location very close to Turino Porta Nuova, but in a quiet street. The apartment is well appointed and very clean. Turino is a great city to visit, being a mix of 19th-century elegance and a very modern vibe. The apartment is in a perfect location to explore the city, either by walking or the Metro or the tram system, both of which are accessible close by. We have stopped here on a couple of occasions and will happily return. The host and staff are helpful but not intrusive. Highly recommend.

Well Located Apartment by the Train Station

Great location, right by the train station with a grocery store, gastronomia, bread shop, bars and restaurants very close. It's just outside the tourist area. Very quiet with no street noise, only a little noise from another apartment during the night. Nice to have a place to cook or warm up food from the gastronomia, and to have a dishwasher and clothes washer in the apartment.

The shower head wasn't hanging up, I had to hold it over my head when I took a shower. Also the oven was broken. Hopefully these problems will be fixed soon (I have booked this apartment again in June). One small thing - no kitchen basics (such as salt, pepper, oil) that are usually available in other Italian apartments where I've stayed.

Great stopover in Torino!

We loved the location, and the staff were excellent. It was great that there was a separate bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen had everything we needed. We appreciated the coffee pod machine to use.

The bed was a bit firm for our liking, but that is personal preference. Also the power went off when trying to use two of the induction hobs at once which was a little inconvenient. Very minor though and would not hesitate to stay again!

A very good, well equiped apartment

Just about everything was good [appliances, bed, cleanliness, etc], there was a little confusion upon arrival regarding entry into the building to collect the keys from reception, but it was soon sorted out. All the appliances [including hob and oven] worked well. The host spoke good English and explained how everything worked, which is very useful when your Italian is as bad as mine! I would recommend and stay here again

We stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and the rubbish/recycling bins inside the apartment were fairly small so it is good to empty them regularly. However the large city owned bins in the street nearby required a card to allow access them. It would be good to have an access card made available to renters so that rubbish/recycling materials can be disposed of easily

The rooms were lovely, comfy beds, plenty of towels, nice kitchen. Very helpful and welcoming staff. Nice and clean.

Everything about the apartment was excellent

The only thing missing was being able to have a little heating in the evening and early morning. Not the property’s fault as it’s a government directive across Italy but we were sitting in our coats to have dinner!

Perfect for our short visit to Torino!

The apartment was very cutely decorated. it was spacious, quiet and comfortable for our family of 3. The sofa bed was comfortable to sleep on and the room it was in had a door offering that space privacy. The bathroom was large with good shower precious and a clothes washer. The location is just a very short walk from the train station making our arrival very easy with our luggage. There is an elevator in the building so you do not need to carry bags up and down stairs. It is also very conveniently located to walk to the main sites and many restaurants.

Modern apartment at excellent location for visit to Turin

- Kind and friendly hosts Romina and Irma, easy contact via Whatsapp. - Good security as there are 4 locked doors to the apartment. - Frequent cleaning of the apartment. It was clean. - There are shops and restaurants nearby. There is a large supermarket near Portonueva train station. - Apartment is large and tastefully decorated. - Kitchen is complete and has a dishwasher, coffee machine, oven and fridge. - Good airco for the hot summers. - Easy to reach the center of Turin by foot via Via Lagrange. - Warm shower, new towels after cleaning and washing machine. - Near the train station and metro station Porta Nuova (possible to visit Milan), metro to visit Lingotto. - Price was favorable, especially for the central location. - Bedroom was large. - Quiet side street. No noise form cars at night. - Wi-Fi was good - It was possible to leave the suitcases behind after checking out. - We would book again :)

Excellent!

Excellent, clean and spacious apartment with all the necessary things. The location is excellent, the train station and local transport stations are nearby, there are several shops for getting groceries and the neighborhood is quiet and safe. The best apartment accommodation we have stayed in so far. Romina gave us all the necessary information, we even got an excellent guidebook for Turin. Only praise!!!
