Fantastic

Great spacious apartment in the heart of Turin, one of only a few places available which were capable of occupying 3 adults separately. We were only there for a single night but would have been happy to use this apartment for a longer stay as the location was excellent and would be good as either a base or a home for a week to cook and clean clothes etc etc.. The apartment was much bigger than expected and the host did everything they could to accommodate our rushed arrival and departure.

big apartment with some bad parts

it was really big and a super location. near the centre.

in the kitchen were about 6 glasses. not enough for an apartement that has space for 6to 8 people. The beds were not the most comfortable and it was extremely loud. also during the night. It‘s right at a big street with people driving there cars extremely loud. And the air conditioning is only in the living room the bedrooms don‘t have one. So it is really hot in the summer.

The apartment is close to the city center. It is on the last floor so have a good view.

The apartment equipment is very, very old. There are even some works that are in the middle. There was no sope in the bathroom. It is quite noisy. One of the toilets was not working. The communication with the host was not easier.

Great appartment.

Spacious, stylish, comfortable and warm.

Advertised as having parking. Told 30 mins prior to arrival (by text) that our car was too big for the onsite parking when correspondence before arrival confirmed that it would be fine. I suspect that access to the parking is awkward, particularly for modern, larger cars, so it's easier if it isn't used. After a couple of circuits of the block, we did find street parking nearby, so for us it wasn't a big inconvenience. For a longer stay it would have been a drawback.

Es un departamento amplio está bien decorado pero con elementos muy básicos en la cocina por ejemplo no tiene pava para calentar agua Bien ubicado para conocer Torino para el que le gusta caminar

No funcionaba el lavarropas y el lava vajillas, había hongos en la junta de los baños

La proximité au centre de Turin, la taille du logement, la facilité pour se garer et gratuité du parking mi août.

Plus chaud dans les chambres que dans le salon, difficile d’y dormir. L’électricité qui supporte pas trop d’appareils

Posizione perfetta per visitare Torino e ampi spazi a disposizione.

Ottima posizione e appartamento bellissimo e ben curato. Disponibilità e cortesia dell'host. Tutto in perfette condizioni e ben pulito.

Aumenterei la dotazione di saponi/shampoo e anche una sola bottiglia d'acqua come accoglienza. Per il resto tutto perfetto!

Piso amplio y bien equipado para viajar con amigos o en familia.

El piso es leal a las fotos. Bastante amplio, iluminado y bien equipado. Las camas y sofás eran cómodas y el apartamento en general estaba limpio. La ubicación es perfecta para conocer Torino a pie, cerca de la estación de tren y parada de Flixbus. Nuestra anfitriona fue muy amable y la comunicación fue fluida.

Appartamento in ottima posizione, grande e con un buon potenziale, che però non viene sfruttato -cucina:piccola ma funzionale e ben fornita, anche se poco luminosa -salotto:grande e spazioso -cameretta -bagno padronale -Wi-Fi funzionante -la signora delle pulizie, pulisce bene ed è molto gentile

-lampadine bruciate e non sostituite(già la luce e poca se poi non si cambiano le lampadine si sta quasi al buio) -televisione non funzionante (fatto presente, la proprietaria non ha neanche risposto, per fortuna funzionava quella della camera matrimoniale) -un mazzo di Chiavi solo. Noi avevamo necessità diverse e spesso chi non aveva le Chiavi doveva aspettare al bar che la persona con l’unico mazzo venisse ad aprire -bagno di servizio. Il box doccia veniva via dalla guida e bisognava stare attenti, ma soprattutto le viti che tenevano il bidet attaccato a terra completamente svitate. Al primo utilizzo abbiamo allagato il bagno -manca la scopa. Abbiamo dovuto comprarne una, assurdo visto che affitti un appartamento che ti devi pulire da solo. -la cerata nel letto matrimoniale. Capisco che così si preserva il materasso, ma è scomoda e fa caldo. -manca la tovaglia in cucina. -un divano letto è completamente rotto, se ti appoggi si ribalta, l’altro cigola e sveglia anche quelli del piano di sotto.

Apartamento en Turin

El apartamento está correcto para cuatro personas adultas, los dos sofás camas que te ofrece el comedor para niños bien pero para adultos son incomodísimos. Esta bien situado, pero vigila porque la ubicación en booking no es correcta con la realidad, no lo encontramos a la primera, siguiendo el maps tuve que ponerme en contacto con la anfitriona para que mandara dirección exacta. La zona es buena y la portería es preciosa.

El check-in es a las 15h y no nos facilitaron poder dejar las maletas, llegar 8 personas a las 6h a Turin y cargar con maletas fue horrible. A las 15h en punto recibo un mensaje con la dirección , el código y donde estaban las llaves. Para no presentarse la anfitriona podría haber respondido antes y dejarnos entrar las maletas solamente. Solo había un jabón para los dos baños, y 2 rollos de papel wc para 8 personas 3dias. Ninguna de las dos duchas eran muy cómodas, en el lavabo grande el grifo de la ducha era un chorro y el lavabo pequeño era incomodísimo el bidé perdía agua y la puerta estaba inchada y no se podía cerrar. El apartamento es correcto pero para nada corresponde con el precio que pagas.
