Cool apartment handy to everything including groceries, pastries and restaurants. A very walkable and safe city

Perfect position to get around Turin. Lovely apartment with a cool view out the window on the street. Nice and warm and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Nothing, everything was great. Maybe some different cups, something a little big bigger as an option. That’s not a fault just preference for me. I turned the hot water off thinking it was a light so maybe a sign for that switch.

I enjoyed it !

Great location and very spacious!

I would have liked to be warmer. The heating wasn’t to my liking. I think it had to do with the fact that the flat in floor 3, has a very high ceiling and it is very difficult to warm this place up. Another thing is that the kitchen area needs more light

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Turin!

I stayed in this apartment for 4 days in Turin and it was absolutely amazing. The place was incredibly warm and cozy, making it feel like home from the moment I arrived. Everything is modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with great attention to detail. The location is perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Piazza San Carlo, Piazza Castello, and the Egyptian Museum, which makes it truly central to everything. All means of public transport are also easily accessible, so getting around the city is effortless. I had a fantastic stay and couldn’t have asked for more. I will definitely come back next time I’m in Turin! Highly recommended!

Excellent location, 5 minutes to Piazza San Carlo and 15 min walk to Porta Nuova Train station, several cafes and shops around, including an excellent shopping area (all the brands are there), large and very clean apartment, very responsive hosts, and anything you might need exists in the apartment.

A bit of a smell in the bathroom from the sewage system. Local tax not included in the price of the room and to be paid cash or PayPal. Early check-in and late checkout at extra-cost. Plus I am not a fan of check-in made via a third-party website

A lovely comfortable apartment in the historic centre of Torino. We were there for six nights and it felt like home. Top Living Apartments have many in the building so just be clear on which apartment you are taking. We also appreciated the excellent instructions given to us to enter the apartment as we arrived in the early hours of the morning.

The apartment was located in the center of Turin close to shops and attractions.

Good clear instructions from the host before, during and after our stay, The apartment was within walking distance of local supermarkets, Plaza Carlo and all the attractions which you would want to view, while in Turin. The apartment itself was spacious and suitable for two adults. The apartment is one room with an ensuite shower. The kitchen /diner/ lounge is separated by a tall partition. The bed was comfortable, the furniture was new and the shower room large.

Could have done with a few more cooking dishes in the kitchen and maybe manual instructions for the heating system.

Great location and a comfy spot.

Great location in the old part of the city, walking distance just about everything I wanted to do and see. Lots of shops in the area, so groceries and the like were also not a problem.

Communication from the host during the course of the stay wasn't great. I requested feedback on something via booking.com chat and never received a response which was a little frustrating. None the less, it had little effect on my stay.

Very clean very pretty and a great location accessing the property was straightforward. Instructions were good. I was traveling with my two teenagers and We felt very safe. There was a lot of room for all of us. The property was also very quiet. I don’t think we saw or heard another person. Turin the city was beautiful and very welcoming and the property was good value for the money.

Just be mindful that on warm days it could get a little stuffy even with the air-conditioning on or open windows. I had traveled with fans and it helped a lot. We were there for several days so I needed to do laundry but the washing machine and dryer located in the bathroom, did not work. Also, I had another question about the property and sent a text, but no one ever responded.

We have rented apartment in this place several times, and we are still very satisfied with the suites.They are very practical for being selfcontained and have a good location in the center of the city. They have washing machine and balcony. The apartment was very clean. Wifi was excellent.

Nice location, but mediocre cleaning and unresponsive hosts

Location in Turin, size of apartment and check-in/check-out process were all good. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped.

Cleaning was a bit lackluster. Vents were extremely dusty/and it looked like something was growing inside. Shower didn't drain properly. However our main issue was the communication with the apartment hosts. They never really responded to our repeated inquiries about whether any of these issues could be resolved.

Very nice place to stay.

The location is very convenient – both the Museo Nazionale del Cinema and the Museo Egizio are within easy walking distance. The apartment is spacious, and the bed is large and incredibly comfortable, so we rested really well. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you might need for home cooking, and we truly enjoyed the chance to prepare our own meals. The only small downside is that the kitchen doesn’t have natural light, so it didn’t feel as cozy for breakfast. Also, just a personal note – the floor felt quite cold without shoes, and I found myself wishing I had brought slippers.

Clean, cozy, tidy apartment. Strategically located in a really convenient location. We reached the attractions comfortably.

The communication between the hosts is very bad. If it can be called communication at all. The host did not inform that there would be no hot water. I tried to contact the host about the water, I got absolutely no answer. So we washed with cold water for 3 days 🙄

Amazing property and if we came back to Turin we would boon again in a heartbeat

Fantastic property, whole apartment which was clean and in a great location near the main parts and the train station. We were touring Italy and joked that if we could take this accommodation with us the whole way round the country we would.

Very slight issue as partially our fault, It was hot weather and the AC started churning out hot air early hours which woke us up, we learnt after the first night how to manage that better but more clear advice on that would have been good.

It' a nice apartment at the center of Torino. It includes a nice kitchen fully organized for your cooking, a washing machine with all the necessary staff to wash your clothes, a nice contemporary bathroom, a walking closet room and a beautiful bedroom-living room. There is also a nice heating - cooling system for the whole apartment. The location is excellent, near all the city 's attractions and the river. Francesco was friendly and cooperative. I totally recommend this apartment for your stay in Torino.

Great location, absolutely in the heart of Turin. Air conditioning was wonderful, good space with a walk in wardrobe and a large open bed/lounge area. Kitchen a separate room so no smells escape but very good size.
