The love the owners put into this place is obvious: it’s well designed and very good looking. Nice division of the rooms, great kitchen, great coffee! Bravo bot the cleanliness!
One thing, which is major: the air conditioning in the bedroom. Turin in the summer, temperature wise, is not a walk in the park. The airco in the house can’t deal with such high temperatures. In future cases: how about turning on the cooling a long time before the guests arrive? Just an idea.

Location in Turin, size of apartment and check-in/check-out process were all good. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped.
Cleaning was a bit lackluster. Vents were extremely dusty/and it looked like something was growing inside. Shower didn't drain properly. However our main issue was the communication with the apartment hosts. They never really responded to our repeated inquiries about whether any of these issues could be resolved.
