Localisation et climatisation. Calme avec le double vitrage.
Appartement approprié pour couple avec éventuellement enfants car petits lits gigogne dans petite chambre, moins approprié pour 2ième ou 3ième adulte. WC broyeur un peu bruyant. Légère nuisance du chauffe-eau se rechargeant dans la 2ième chambre.

Mooi ingerichte en compleet appartement. Handige lift. Koffie en thee benodigdheden aanwezig. Airco prima. Goede communicatie beheerder.

La posizione centralissima, la pulizia e la bellezza dell'appartamento
L'ascensore è piuttosto complicato da usare . La seconda camera non è in realtà una camera. C'è la caldaia in un armadio! Assurdo. Anche per motivi di sicurezza. L'acqua calda non ha funzionato per un giorno intero. Si erano offerti di mandare qualcuno a sistemare la caldaia alle 11 di sera quando ormai eravamo stanche e in pigiama. Per la TV c'erano 3 telecomandi e nessuno funzionava..
