Misleading description/photos - studio apartment not 1-bed apartment

Location very central. Apartment is well equipped for 2 adults (or as family room) but too small for more.

Misleading description led us to believe it was a one-bed apartment incorporating a bedroom and living room. In fact, it's a studio/one room apartment, with a sofa bed and double bed in one living area. OK as a family room for parents/children maybe - but not suitable for more than 2 adults. We had to rebook one of our group into other accommodation at extra cost. Porta Palace claimed this was a problem with booking.com's description options and referred us to them - but the description on its own website also implies there are 'bedrooms' when the beds are in living rooms.

The building very safe, the studio was nicely decorated, the bathroom new, the kitchen had everything we needed. We easily found free parking nearby. It was charming.

The bed could have been a little bigger, but it was confortable.

Location was very convenient for the City center. The room was very clean and had all the amenities The courtyard when you pass through the main door from the street has so much character

Steep stairs to reach our room. Everyone has different tastes but we found the blue walls and ceilings too much. Very dark Do not come out of the main door onto the street and turn right and right again. Not a great area and felt uncomfortable

Apartment was good size, clean and comfortable. Parking was available close by. Communication with staff was very responsive. Good facilities in room.

the outside street made me a little nervous to start with but I soon got used to it and seemed a safe area overall

The apartment smelled a lot like cigarettes and was uncomfortable to sleep in for this reason. The floor was also very dusty

Love the ease of which you can walk to Via Roma, Egyptian Museum, Port Nova Station is a 15 minute walk. Easy Access to Lingotto by metro to what was once the Fiat factory now shopping centre , 5 minutes away a fabulous car museum plus the eateries Eat Italy. Love Torino fabulous city.

Great apartment with underground parking just around the corner. Lady on reception was really helpful. Short walk into the centre of the city.

Apartament was very nice, clean, very close to the city center.

When we come it was strong smell of burned bread, which we coudn't air because apartament is in very closed backyard, so whole our stay it was with us and also nothing was drying there, because of closed space.
