Splendida mansarda nel cuore della città

Apartment has a great central location - close to everything, including the shuttle from airport to Porta Nuova. It is modern, tidy and clean with all the needed amenities. Beds are very comfortable. Communication with the property management was good enough - Domenico was helpful and provided clear instructions in English. There is Nespresso machine available, but you should be sitting downstairs drinking real espresso at Bar Caffetteria Cappuccino Rosso. Great stay for a couple for several nights.

Something to work on: This apartment had the most complicated and cumbersome check-in process I have ever experienced in Europe in the past 15 years or more. It is a full KYC (for all guests! with ID pictures and selfies) like you are opening a bank account in a financial institution. It might be required by Torino municipality - but it is way too much. Now some minor stuff: All the signs and requirements in the apartment are Italian only - it would be better if they are also provided in English. AC unit is in a wrong place and it needs to work at least 10-15h to be able to properly cool down the apartment in the hot summer days (35-37 deg outside). WiFi was weak and slow - 5-20 mbit.

Domenico est un super hôte, accueillant et réactif. Le logement est conforme aux photos, fonctionnel et propre. La machine à laver est un plus confortable. Le logement est bien situé en centre ville, parfait pour les visites et les transports. Le logement est dans un immeuble d'époque et le quartier est parfait avec supermarché, restaurant...et un délicieux glacier à proximité.

Nous venons de la campagne et nous avons entendu les bruits de la ville (nous n'avons pas l'habitude). Mais ce n'est pas gênant car nous avons très bien dormi 😴.

Il check-in troppo farraginoso e lungo.Se vuoi controllare chi occupa la tua casa il check-in lo fai di persona.Le finestre non sono ben oscurate, la tenda presente è insufficiente. Nel cucinino la presenza di un lettino è impropria. Inoltre quando si usa la piastra a induzione bisogna posizionarla a non più di 4 e occorre spegnere il boiler (20 minuti solo per fare il caffè). Abbiamo dovuto scrivergli per conoscere la pw del wi-fi. Abbiamo trovato un solo rotolo di carta igienica, la casa non pulita bene, cassetti con polvere, dietro la lavatrice abbiamo trovato un calziono sporco. Per arrivare al piano, dopo l'ascensore occorre fare un ulteriore piano a piedi. L'accesso alla mansarda di giorno è al buio (il timer centralizzato delle luci si attiva in serata) quindi difficoltà nel selezionare il codice per prendere le chiavi dalla cassetta. Perplessità della richiesta di 10 euro all'ora per l'anticipo del check-in o di 25 euro per lasciare solo i bagagli in attesa del check-in.
