extremely disappointing

location good

Bathroom not very clean to a decent standard for renting. No lighting on stairs at night so we uses light on phone. we were over restaurant and bins were in courtyard below which was dark and dirty. The radiator in bedroom didn’t work and we were to.d plumber could call after dinner 8pm after that on Saturday night!

Spacious, cozy apartment with perfect location

The perfect location for what we had planned to see in Torino; also close enough to Porta Nuova train station. Spacious & clean apartment with super cozy beds. Coffee pods & other basic commodities were available. The host was very responsive and helpful. There were good restaurants, pizzerias, cafes etc. within walking distance. Don't miss the local market - the apartment has all you need to store and cook the local delicacies.

Not sure. All was good and as expected for us. :) Maybe the check-in/check-out and locking-unlocking process is a bit complicated but I think it works well and gives the sense of safety; and it was also very clearly & timely communicated by the host.

Location, location

Location was great - short walk to the open market and lots of restaurants in the vicinity. Shout out to Mario at his coffee shop and chocolotiera.

wifi was dodgy at best - ok at the dining table, weak (or non-existent) at the sofa and forget it in the bedroom. As stated by another reviewer - pillows too firm and high, I resorted to one of the sofa cushions.

Excellent location close to restaurants and tourist attractions

Every thing was good, just minor hassle getting in , but rectified very quickly. A few things missing in kitchen but when contacted owner things were resolved very quickly. Excellent location

Lovely apartment in an excellent location. The host was easy to contact and very helpful. The apartment was extremely clean and well equipped. I would definitely recommend staying in this apartment.

The advance check-in procedure is a bit "fiddly" and I would recommend that it be completed prior to travelling.

Central and quiet apartment

Ideally located in the city centre, a good sized apartment in a historic building. Impressed by the really comfortable bed and good double glazing to keep sound out, all made for a very satisfying stay. Noted the online check in process, and short term contract felt very formal but Alessandro was very easy to contact and gave us a little extra time to check out after the clocks went forward! I'd have put some large towel hooks in the bathroom, and a picture or two in the bedroom to make it feel even more welcoming..

Good enough

The flat is in a very centric location, making it really comfortable to visit important places by foot. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were awfully hard, I had to use the sofa cushions to get some sleep without hurting my neck. The instructions for getting into the building and flat were a bit complicated but the staff did their absolute best to mitigate that. Only complain I have is about the restaurant next door taking out the glass recycling at midnight hours, making a lot of noise.

Worth it for the location

The apartment is in a great location to explore Torino on foot, very close to points of interest and many great restaurants. The bed was comfortable, apartment was clean, and the washing machine was very helpful for us

A few things require some attention in the apartment including the bathroom fan not working. Very minimal consumables were supplied (toilet paper, tea, coffee, oil) - no where near enough for a 5 night booking. There is also no wine bottle opener just two broken ones in the drawer. The check in process was excessive and confusing and then instructions to access the apartment were sent by email which went to my spam folder and we did not know we have received them/the apartment was ready for us. Due to the location the apartment is also quite noisy. The windows are good for blocking some sound at night but not all. It’s fine for us, but for any light sleepers this may be an issue!

The location was fantastic, only a short walk to lots of central sights, and an amazing piazza with great food just down the road.

The communication was a bit difficult before, and it took us a bit to get the heater to work. Also the room was light and noisy at night, which made it harder to sleep.

Excellent location, spacious and comfortable

Fab location. Easy to walk to main sights and los of great bars and restaurants nearby. Lots of space. Comfortable. Secure. Pretty well equipped.

It’s not a busy road but the windows aren’t double glazed so we found the noise when cars went by too loud for sleeping. There were only two of us so we slept on the sofa bed in the living area instead which was quiet and used the bedroom as our dressing room/ storage. The sofa bed is really easy to get out and put back. The washing machine was useful to have but there were no instructions or washing powder and an iron would have been helpful for once clothes were washed. There was a strange smokey smell on occasions in the bathroom. Not sure where it came from, maybe through the air vent. Not a big issue but odd! The instructions for getting in on arrival weren’t particularly easy to follow but once we had the keys for the different doors it was all good. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The location couldn’t be better.

Thr bathroom smelt permanently of cigarette smoke. I had the extraction fans running the whole time but it kept on smelling very strongly. There is no plug on the kitchen counter for the kettle.

The location of the apartment is great! The host is very friendly and helpful. The bedroom size is ok and the bed itself is quite cosy. Our toddler enjoyed both staying in the baby crib and sleeping in the bed :). The apartment is fully equiped with everything you might need. 9.5 out of 10 cleanliness. The WiFi worked fine. Good mobile phones signal in the apartment. We highly recommend Corte d'Apello rooms and will come back if we had a chance.

The only thing that is not perfect is the noise of the street, as it is made out of squared bricks and every single car engine may sound like a rocket engine. However, this is a drop of bitter in a sea of wonderful experiences.

Location is excellent - at city center, old but clean

very low water pressure, on-site parking is too narrow - it’s not relevant for Peugeot 2008, unless you would like to scratch your car, owner suggested far public parking as replacement. we suffered electricity shut down due to overload. Too complicated getting in and out (several doors, keys, electric locks…). coffee machine wasn’t working.

Enjoyable location in city centre

If we had arrived at 1400 it may well have gone well. But we texted that we would arrive early and as result we had to try to fill in forms and send passport photos by phone. A voice over the phone then tried to explain how to access the property. It was not a good experience. The heating didn't work but the owner came out and fixed it. After the problem getting in we enjoyed our stay

The apartment was very comfy and had everything we needed; It is also strategically located in order to visit Turin's main attractions on foot, very easily. Would definitely recommend!

Location was great. Many cafes and restaurants on a few blokcs, plus many major sights, museums, and shops close by. Can even walk to either train station in 1/2 hour.

The sofa bed 's supports were broken and the mattress was films and only 2 inches thick. Trying to get comfortable was almost impossible.
