Great location and good place to stay

The location is PERFECT. Quiet and safe, a lot of restaurants around the area, the apartment is big and comfortable

The apartment need a loving hand to improve the facilities - one door at the kitchen cabinet was broken, a knife was broken, the bath divider was old and could be renovated, no kettle in the kitchen, no air-condition in this specific apartment and is needed in the summer...

Great location, spacious apartment

Excellent location and the rooms are large. I should also point out that when we arrived back with our rental car and it had a faulty boot lock, Francesco went out of his way to try and help fix it, even talking with the rental company to get advice. He didnt have to and it was much appreciated

This isnt something not to like but you should be aware that the entrance is up two flights of stairs (no lift) and then along a narrow veranda.

Comfortable and nice apartment in the center or Torino

Comfortable and clean apartment in the heart of the city. Separate living room area with a comfy sofa, separate kitchen. Well-lit, nice and clean bathroom with its own window. Comfortable bed. Separate wardrobe closet next to the bedroom (although we did not need it).

The courtyard of the house can be noisy at times. There was no elevator in our staircase. The washing machine did not work and we did not get any help with it. One of the bed lamps did not work, its cable was damaged. Only one electric wall outlet next on both sides of the bed. White towel used as a dimming curtain above the front door.

How the property is situated

Photos not realistic, property is very worn, old, all appliances are extremely old, WC not clean enough. There was no air-conditioning though it was declared but at arrival we found mobile a/c not connected, so not working. We did not sleep or the heat: property is on the top floor the roof. Also there is not interior parking - though declared in the property advertisement - we had to look for parking, garage nearby charged us 45 Euro. In total this made our stay in this sort of quality of property very expensive, due to a/c - completely unsatisfactory.

Great location in the centre of Turin. We found the bed very comfortable and the apartment spacious

I found it difficult to manoeuvre the shower screen it’s quite old and awkward to use I was also disappointed with the communication re check in I contacted 3 times in the couple of days prior to arrival date before I was eventually provided with details to check in

Spacious modern apartments in city center. Perfect!

Great place, located in Turin’s city center. Apartments were really spacious, modern and clean. Facilities are good: coffee machine, washing machine. Really enjoyed staying here. Would totally recommend it!

It would be great if check-in instruction included some photos of building and entrance, since it was quite tricky to find the apartments.

Gorgeous Italian Apartment

Gorgeous Italian apartment with all the comforts of home in a lovely quiet building, Very central. Very safe and quiet. Near shops and supermarkets and all the wonderful buildings and monuments in Turin. Had a 4 night stay and would love to have stayed longer. Highly recommend. Comfortable bed and pillows, very good wifi. Lovely bath. Good communication with host.

Great apartment. Beautiful city.

The apartment has the best location we could find! Is located right in the city center ( its easy to find it) but its in a quiet building, and it overlooks the inner courtyard, which makes it perfect after a full day of walking and sightseeimg, because its quiet and you can relax and rest very well. Moreover, the apartment was very clean, it's coazy and it's fully equipped. The internet connection is also very good and wi-fi is available for free. Last but not least, Francesco was very kind to us, available everytime we needed it and willing to help.

The property needs someone at hand to unlock the metal gate. it was supposed to be opened remotely but we could not enter the compound until by chance another resident going out opened the gate.

Great space located near major Turin sites, shops and restaurants.

The apartment location was ideal for visiting downtown Turin sites. Apartment was large, spacious and clean. Big plus was having a washing machine with detergent provided and a drying rack. Coffee and tea were provided and we were able to purchase other food items at a market within 200 feet of the apartment. We arrived in Turin by train and the host was very accommodating in meeting us at the apartment to provide keys.

L'appartamento è stato ristrutturato di recente, arredato con gusto dal proprietario, la camera matrimoniale è molto ampia; abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo il livello di pulizia e la posizione che, seppur vicino a strade trafficate, gode di un silenzio a dir poco impressionante; il centro è a pochi passi e si raggiungono i monumenti più importanti a piedi e in brevissimo tempo (museo egizio, palazzo reale, mole antonelliana ...).

Estada ideal en un apartament molt cèntric,agradable i ben decorat.

L'apartament es gran i amb els espais molt còmodes. Es silenciós i tranquil. La temperatura está perfectament regulada amb el termostat (desembre 2025). Està molt ben situat al centre per anar caminant a la majoria de llocs i ben comunicat amb transport públic. Hi ha un supermercat proper molt ben abastit.

Falta il·luminació a la zona del saló ja que no es pot ni llegir.

(descrizione del Tutto perfetto. Ottima posizione, con numerose fermate autobus e tram vicine, tutti i maggiori punti di interesse turistico erano Comunque raggiungibili a piedi così come la stazione Porta Nuova. Comodo anche per andare all'Allianz stadium in quanto presente vicino la struttura il capolinea da cui partiva un autobus che arriva presso lo stadio. Lo stesso discorso vale anche per stadio Olimpico e Inalpi Arena. La struttura era perfetta, come da descrizione, la cucina e tutte le attrezzature fornite erano ottime e comode. Pur essendo i riscaldamenti centralizzati e quindi non si potevano accedere quando si voleva Comunque la casa si manteneva sempre calda. Ottimo anche il WI-FI. Staff disponibile anche per chiarimenti tramite messaggi durante il soggiorno.

Bellissimo appartamento in centro a Torino

Bellissimo appartamentino, vicino al centro, abbiamo visto tutto quello che ci interessava andando a piedi. Molto pulito, bagno molto bello, Cucina perfetta, sala perfetta

Il letto cigolava un po' dal lato como' Divano non eccezionalmente comodo TV non utilizzabile malgrado la piena collaborazione del proprietario per farla funzionare,purtroppo era un problema non risolvibile subito, ma magari andava controllata prima.
