Awesome apartment in a great and quiet location in the city center of Turin. The apartment Is spacious, comfortable and has a lot of atmosphere. Besides a comfortable bed and though being in the city center, you will have a good sleep. The living room and kitchen are very well designed and comfortable.

It's a pity that you are not allowed to drive your car directly in the courtyard of the apartment complex. The caretaker of the apartment complex was really rude to us while we drove the car inside the courtyard just to load or off load our luggage.... The alley on which the apartment is located is really narrow and has no space to park (and is not allowed) nor is in the direct neighborhood.

Great location. Very spacious, modern and clean. Safe area with many attractions in walking distance.

No safety deposit box. Gaining entry to the block of flats was difficult initially as the entrance point indicated in the check-in information is not the ideal side to enter from which led to some confusion as to how to open the gates and get in. However, the host was nice and showed me how to get in from the alternate door. Perhaps updating the check-in information would be good. The Host was fairly responsive on Booking.com, however they don't have a WhatsApp number which would be useful for contacting without incurring any charges. When I arrived at the property the cleaner was still cleaning which wasn't ideal but she was finished very quickly. She also helped me to contact the owner who then showed me the entrance, so your mileage might vary in terms of contacting the owner.

La casa è pulitissima e bellissima in pieno centro e vicino a molti servizi. Essendo un palazzo d’epoca e fresca anche se non molto luminosa

L’attenzione agli ospiti.ho contattato il proprietario perché non trovavano il telecomando della tv e oltre ad avermi risposto solo dopo parecchie ore non ha risolto il problema non rispondendo più ai messaggi.inoltre dato il gran caldo almeno una bottiglia d’acqua sarebbe stata gradita
