Loved the easy walk to the palace and Piazza San Carlo. The apartment was clean and comfortable. I appreciated the itinerary and ironing board. The artwork was lovely. I cooked a couple days and appreciated the kitchen ware. An added cutting board and spatula and clothes drying rack would be a welcome addition
The constant tram noise from the main street and neighbors above us kept us awake late at night (loud music and heavy walking back and forth for hours) and in the early morning so we didn’t feel rested. If we’d known we would have brought ear plugs. Also the picture shown as the apartment booked is not the apartment we received. I was hoping for top floor with the wooden beams as shown in the picture. (We wanted no neighbors above and the “top living apartment” )

Location was perfect: totally central to everything! Apartment was quiet. Beware that the elevator will not support more than 2 people AND suitcases:) I loved the bathtub.
Could use a little more artwork, a few more complimentary Nespresso pods, and a lighter blanket option.

Het appartement zelf met lekker balkon. Mooi ingericht, goede badkamer.
Vikey systeem was waardeloos. Inchecken.
