Strnger airconditioner fan wa too loudly

Beautiful apartment in great location. Had a little balcony where you could watch swifts nesting in the roof eaves. Every was clean.

Aircon stopped working in the evening so bit warm in the night, cooled off in the morning with windows open. Was a challenge working out which key lock the keys where in when we arrived in the dark. I’d still stay here again though, was lovely.

The check-in was horrible: it was on a website. It said it would have taken just 1 minute to complete but it reality it took much longer (I had to provide name, surname, age, sex (why?), birth place, nationality, living address, front picture of the document, back picture of the document, selfie holding the document next to the face, FOR EACH GUEST). The host never replied to messages: I contacted him in advance via the platform with no reply, via phone call, via whatsapp (both message and call) without any answer. I had to check in at 15:00, I asked for instructions to access the property, and as a reply I received a message "you will receive instructions automatically at 14:00". With big advance I asked to shorten my stay of one day (I was NOT asking for any reimbursement at all, just an adaptation of the booking) but the host never replied, and I even had to pay the city tax for the day I did not stay. I booked for 4 people but the crockery was for two. We had to manage with only ONE single little spoon! The water from the shower, in the mezzanine, dripped on the counter of the kitchen. Most of the windows did not close (they just remained in place but the handle did not block them)
