I would not recommend it

Was a good location

The curtains were broken on multiple windows and we couldn’t close them, I specifically asked about it before. I needed a blackout so I can get some sleep. Safe wasn’t working Laundry detergent wasn’t available Couldn’t get AC to work. I asked for extra towels and was told there will be extra charge. The person I was talking to refused to accommodate on any level.

Posizione ottima. In pieno centro e possibilità di visitare Torino senza utilizzo dei mezzi. Appartamento grande e arredato con gusto dotato di tutto il necessario.

Avevamo richiesto di lasciare i bagagli prima dell'orario previsto di arrivo ma ci è stato richiesto un corrispettivo che chiaramente abbiamo declinato. Il terzo letto scomodo ed è impossibile dormire. Per 2 persone va bene ma la terza persona se dorme per terra riposa meglio.

La posizione era ottima, casa molto pulita, molto bello che sia presente una portineria al piano terra, check in facile

Erano presenti solo rotoli di carta iniziati e praticamente quasi finiti da altri ospiti, nemmeno uno nuovo, l’appartamento ha un riscaldamento condominiale che a ottobre ancora non viene acceso, sarebbe stato carino saperlo in quanto non è presente nemmeno una stufa e abbiamo sofferto un po’ il freddo. Il phon non era funzionante, ce ne siamo rese conto la notte verso le 22 in quanto ci stavamo preparando per andare a un evento, che abbiamo dovuto cancellare perché nessuno era disponibile a portarci un ricambio e noi avevamo i capelli fradici, l’hanno portato il giorno seguente dopo averci prima proposto di acquistarlo noi,ma purtroppo ci ha recato molto disagio non averlo. Poco piacevole l’incontro con la proprietaria il giorno del check out, abbiamo lasciato dei piatti da lavare perché abituate nelle altre strutture in cui ci è sempre stato comunicato che per norma igienica loro a prescindere li devono rilavare e che quindi non era necessario occuparsene noi e poi delle buste con carta cartone plastica e vetro, in quanto in cucina sono presenti soltanto due bidoncini minuscoli quindi non avevamo altro modo per suddividere la spazzatura e in strada non erano presenti appositi contenitori, sono del parere che le cose si possano dire anche in toni educati, siamo andate via con le urla, testuali parole: se siete così da giovani dio solo sa come sarete alla mia età, sicuramente poco professionale e di cattivo gusto, ciliegina sulla torta non ha nemmeno ricambiato il saluto quando stavamo lasciando la struttura

Ottima posizione, in centro città, con le attrazioni facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Attenzione alla ZTL

Ho soggiornato in un periodo (fine giugno) molto caldo con temperature esterne diurne ben superiori ai 30°C: in appartamento purtroppo la temperatura era paragonabile a quella esterna, sia di giorno che di notte con valori notturni prossimi ai 30°C. Interpellato l'host a riguardo (solo ed esclusivamente per messaggio via WA) mi sono sentito rispondere che il caldo è soggettivo!!! Bisogna dire che nell'appartamento sono presenti due ventilatori a torre (quindi il sospetto è che il problema del caldo sia già noto all'amministratore); peccato che uno di questi fosse già danneggiato e producesse un forte rumore durante il suo funzionamento, funzionamento rivelatosi assolutamente indispensabile visto la nulla efficacia dell'unico fancoil per l'aria condizionata. Riposo notturno estremamente difficile per causa del caldo asfissiante e del rumore continuo. Anche riguardo a questo problema l'host ha fatto orecchie da mercante...

Appartamento situato nel centro di Torino a pochi passi da piazza San Carlo e piazza Castello, posizione ottima, l'appartamento con 5 posti letto di cui un divano letto molto scomodo, materasso da cambiare, questa struttura risulta essere buona per un paio di notti data la sua centralità.
