No air conditioner and it was sooo hot no electricity all night so we couldn’t charge our phone. The beds are uncomfortable and it has bed bugs. The flat is full of mosquitoes The flat owner she was so rude as she opened the door on us without nocking on the check out day and not helpful. The internet wasn’t working. The flat is not as the pictures on booking.com, it shows is so big and clean and when I entered I was shocked, it was small and so dirty

Potentially great place that needs some care and attention to bring it up to a high standard.

The location is central, and very close to Porta Nueva station. The flat is spacious and light, kitchen and bathroom have all the facilities needed. Antonella was very helpful and patient with my questions about check-in.

Better cleanliness - pillows were not clean under the pillow slips and had no washable covers, bathroom walls had smears/splashes on them - maybe from previous cleaning. Decor was tired - e.g. door frames missing in places. Electrics need updating - there was a standard lamp by the table, but its plug would not plug fit into any of the wall sockets. Only 1 set of keys provided although 2 were promised. Washing left on a clothes line in the sitting room.

It is in a great location just a 2 mins walk from Porta Nuova Train station. The owner is very helpfull.

Modern apartment with old room charm.

Location. Beautiful old building. Lift. Room had a mirror. There was a tumble drier and washing machine. And balcony.

Noisy street. Doors to balcony couldnt close well and let more noise in. No kettle. You could only use one appliance at a time or electricity will trip. Parking was very expensive - 2 euro an hour.

Ho apprezzato la grandezza dell'appartamento e la sua vicinanza al centro.

Abbiamo trovato immondizia dietro alla lavastoviglie, ammucchiata e lì da chissà quanto tempo. Inoltre l'asciugatrice asciugava le lenzuola del soggiorno precedente. Le doghe dei letti erano distrutte o parzialmente distrutte. Impossibile dormire così.

Peccato appartamento carino ma pieno di Polvere

Posizione ottima vicino al centro, con KFC sotto , penny e bar. Fermata bus sotto.

Chiarisco che non siamo persone che pretendono tanto ma la polvere nell'appartamento era davvero tanta che abbiamo dovuto spegnere le pale perché la polvere la sentivamo addosso e sul viso.É un peccato perché l'appartamento é caruccio ma ha bisogno di pulizia profonda e una bella pitturata. Letti con molle dietro alla schiena eh vabbe. Solo un letto si salvava ed era quello sul soppalco. Una stanza si sentiva odore di vecchio o di persone che avevano alloggiato non saprei ma non si poteva dormire..

Posizione perfetta per Torino

L'appartamento è grazioso, abbiamo trovato subito le chiavi e abbiamo vissuto l'intero soggiorno in modo totalmente discreto e indipendente... la proprietaria è gentilissima, quando serve la si può contattare su Whatsapp e risponde velocemente... il punto di forza di Casa Luciana è sicuramente la POSIZIONE... semplicemente strategica nel centro di Torino. C'è soltanto una cosa da migliorare, lo dico spassionatamente come consiglio, perché comunque in un soggiorno di diverse notti è fondamentale, al netto dell'ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo... I MATERASSI andrebbero cambiati, per TUTTI i letti... quelli esistenti sono veramente pessimi... si può dire che manca questo "piccolo" dettaglio per avere il massimo dei voti. In ogni caso, se ci servirà, noi torneremo, perchè per il resto ci siamo trovati bene.

Torino è una meraviglia

La posizione, la precisione delle istruzioni per il check in e out

Con il check out per le 11 (noi fatto alle 9.30) e il treno alle 17:40, peccato non aver avuto la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli fatti in un angolo della casa e aver dovuto spendere 50 euro al deposito bagagli della stazione. Per chi ha il treno nel pomeriggio, deve aggiungere il costo del deposito a quello dell’alloggio.

Posizione super, edificio notevole, quasi senza barriere architettoniche salvo un solo gradino (incredibile per essere una casa d'epoca), per essere su un corso trafficato è vivibile, staff organizzato
