Excellent base for a family and friends weekend.

I booked 4 apartments for a large group of us all travelling with kids. The check in was easy as was check out. The apartments were fantastic and we ate in the Edit pub just downstairs which was convenient for the first night. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

A couple of small improvements to make would be the ease of opening the door to #11, plus the lighting in this apartment at the entrance.

Awesome place to stay.

Modern and stylish. Very nice We were driving from UK to Venice and used Turin as a stop off. We never left the place apart from going supermarket. Lovely chilled out 2 days. Would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous lofts, beautifully designed, clean and spacious, with wonderful staff and restaurant/bar!

The loft was beautiful, clean and spacious. We loved the music in the courtyard during the afternoon. A really great architectural design here. And parking with EV charging! :)

We heard banging noises in the early morning hours, but it wasn't the property's fault... Neighbors being inconsiderate.

Modern and very functional

The apartment is great, huge windows, cool decor and very well equipped (loved the coffee cups and glasses!), reservation included secure car park and the staff was very nice and helpful too. WiFi worked well and tv had several apps you can log into. There’s a supermarket right across the street (great for buying dinner) and a restaurant in the building, but we didn’t go, so can’t say if it’s any good. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and were happy we chose the apartment over a budget hotel in the same price range.

Dusting could be much improved and also vertical cleaning, there were a lot of fingerprints all over the doors and cabinets. Bathroom sink is not very functional. Property is not central, we didn’t mind because we had a car, but it could be a problem for people using public transportation. The area didn’t feel unsafe but it isn’t very interesting either. Also, sofa bed is not suitable for adults or big teens, it’s very uncomfortable because the mattress is super thin, not to mention the noise the metal frame makes ever time someone moves.

Industrial Stay

i dont know how it got such a high rating of 9.4. It was ok. But it wasn’t worth that star rate at all. It was a modern Industrial type accomodation. It was comfortable but bedroom top of steep stairs. Bathroom down stairs. It was set up well and very clean,

Getting in was extremely hard to follow and key indicators like after the code was put in you needed to push the tick was missing. One set of doors outside you could only go back out with the remote as no code for that area was given. The area itself felt intimidating and you need to be very security conscious. The view from the unit was onto an old concrete and steel block.

Sorprendente Is the Italian expression

Edit is something special from it’s set up through to it’s staff, everything was excellent, great cafe within for breakfast, and the food on offer for lunch and dinner was great, the bar supplied by their own brewery was exceptional! Staff recommendations were a hit. The loft apartments were lovely and well received by our party. Can not recommend highly enough!!

Fun and comfortable stay at industrial loft

The industrial feel is unique, especially for this area, which is still being developed. The apartment is very spacious with high ceilings and equipped with high quality kitchen amenities. Beds were very comfortable and space was clean on entry. The downstairs cafe is excellent value and staff is very friendly!

Most shops and areas of interest are not within walking distance, we drove to purchase groceries approximately 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is still under development.

Stunning apartment, high quality finishing and fabulous outdoor spaces.

The quality of the finish is exceptional. The outside terrace was just fantastic with lovely views of the mountains. The amount of space we had in our 'Loft with terrace' was vast - split over three levels. The staff were very helpful and responded to our communications quickly.

We checked in on a Sunday which meant it was e 'remote check in'. Unfortunately we had been given the wrong codes to access the room keys and then the keys didn't work. To be fair the staff responded quickly and after a short wait they attended the site to aid our access to the building. So it was only a minor convienience.

La struttura è bellissima, pulita e arredata con grande gusto. La zona è silenziosa e si riposa benissimo. Letto comodo, varietà di cuscini, lenzuola e piumoni di ottima qualità. Tutto curato nei minimi dettagli.

Un posto da sogno!!!🤍

Struttura situata in una zona molto tranquilla di Torino, ma pochi chilometri dal centro, e pochi chilometri dallo stadio… come si entra, ci si sente coccolati da qualsiasi cosa, parcheggio gratuito…un loft da sogno curato nei minimi particolari, potrei stare qui a scrivere infinità di complimenti, perché sono tutti davvero meritati, complimenti ad Aurora la receptionist, che ha esaudito ogni nostra richiesta, con gentilezza e sorriso… spero di tornare prestissimo da voi🤍

Non era possibile, non farsi piacere qualcosa…

+ die Ausstattung; sehr coole Einrichtung, richtig schönes Loft mit Stil + super Raumaufteilung + sehr freundliches Personal, das Zimmer war mehrere Stunden früher ready für uns, und alle waren sehr hilfsbereit

- jede Nacht Party im angrenzenden Pub, laute Musik, Bassdröhnen - die Lofts sind zwar sehr modern, liegen aber in einer armen Umgebung; zwielichtige Gestalten lungern vor dem Gebäudekomplex herum - es gibt kein inkludiertes Frühstück - kein Zimmer-Service, obwohl wir 3 Tage dort waren – sollte selbstverständlich sein jeden Tag

Loft très moderne et joliment décoré. Le complexe est bien sécurisé dans un quartier très populaire.

L'appartement était très joli et fonctionnel. Le lit de mon fils était prêt (canapé lit) en arrivant. Le concept de ce loft est original nous avons apprécié en famille.

Le ménage n’est pas fait pendant le séjour, j’ai eu beau demander, on m’a dit oui, mais pas de ménage pendant 5 jours si ce n’est un changement de serviettes Il n’y a pas de quoi faire le ménage (pas de balai/ pas d’aspirateur, rien !) Pour le prix, on aspire tout de même a un minimum d’entretien … Sinon autant prendre un air bnb Pas de petit déjeuner proposé Le resto a peu de choix, surtout des fritures Le secteur est peu fréquentable mais pas dangereux pour autant.

Les lofts sont sublimes, bien équipés et décorés avec soin(loft 1 et 12) Les terrasses immenses !!! Le personnel adorable et professionnel Le côté industriel, l hotel est une usine a bière 🍻 Très simple de commander un taxi pour se rendre au centre-ville (10 minutes de trajet )
