Logement propre, spacieux, bien situé à proximité du centre ville mais au calme

Nous sommes venus en famille à 2 adultes ( hors couple) et 2 enfants. Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement par rapport aux différents sites touristiques de la ville, l'accès à l'appartemement facile, un ascenseur, l'espace des chambres, la cuisine et la salle de bain bien fonctionnelles, la clim et toutes les attentions comme les produits d'hygiène, confiture, café...Très bon contact avec Marco Mariano qui a été très arrangeant et réactif ( erreur de date, réponses à nos questions...)
- ménage incomplet ( déchets restants, poussière)
- manque de vaiselle ( 3 petites cuillères pour 4 personnes notamment )
- appareils non fonctionnels: ventilateur sur pied en panne, volet du balcon côté cuisine qui ne fonctionne pas et surtout la poignet de porte cassée qui nous a valu quelques frayeurs...
- table un peu petite si vous êtes 4/5 personnes.

Belle décoration, literie confortable et environnement calme. À 20 minutes à pied du centre historique.
La climatisation d'une chambre goutte dans un bidon (bruit de goutte à goutte) et la chasse d'eau est tellement puissante qu'elle asperge toute la lunette des toilettes.

The apartment is in a great location to explore different areas of the city
The apartment was not clean. It was full of dust both on the floors and on the surfaces. Some of the towels were stained and had hairs in it. The host allowed us to have an “early” check in as the standard time for it would have been 4pm (which is the latest I have ever experienced in my many years of travelling) but I was not expecting it to impact to negatively on the level of cleanliness. The floors were not hoovered at all and all the furniture needed dusting. Not ideal when travelling with a 7-month old baby.
