Not for me

This Apt is centrally located. Near the train station, literally 5 min walk , and close to the main area and attractions in Turin. Great supermarket about 10 minute walk

This was a noisy street during our stay, with a lot of guys just hanging around . Particularly at the weekend. I heard loud shouting as late as 2am and as early as 6am. Even the neighbors in the building were noisy. Although the area felt dodgy, we had no hassle at all and no one bothered us. The crazy thing is we had friends staying a block away on a different street and it was quiet and no one was hanging around. Beds were small for me and very soft. The heating at night wasn't great and the kitchen was sparsely supplied with utensils.

Overall pretty good and generally met our needs. The lack of amenities was really what was missing.

Location was excellent and apartment was good.

Overall apartment was good only disappointing part was that there were no amenities i.e. no body soap no tea, coffee or water. Parking was a little problematic but if prepared to walk there is parking 750mtrs away.

Ein Schlafzimmer hat kein Fenster. Etwas mehr Küchenausstattung wäre gut, es fehlen zum Beispiel scharfe Messer, ein Brotmesser und Dessertschüsseln.

Caro pelo que oferece. Não recomendo.

Comunicação com o proprietário. Espaço do apartamento.

A localização é péssima! De noite ficam vários traficantes na rua. Só fiquem aqui se precisarem muito ficar perto da estação de trem. Os banheiros eram limpos mas exalava cheiro ruim. Os colchões e os travesseiros não são bons. Tem wi-fi mas não funciona!

On s’est fait casser la voiture dans la rue. Le quartier est très mal fréquenté et il y a des dealers devant la porte de l’immeuble où se trouve l’appartement. On n’est parti plus tôt de notre réservation car on ne se sentait pas en sécurité.

Excepcional apartamento para viajar en grupo

Apartamento muy espacioso y aunque no está en el mismo centro queda a pocos minutos andando. El barrio cuenta con con todo tipo de establecimientos y bastante vida.

Hay un local justo debajo un poco ruidoso y poco recomendable pero nunca tuvimos ningún problema.

Appartamento carino, con grandi spazi ma posizione pessima, pulizia da rivedere e insonorizzazione inesistente.

La struttura complessivamente è nuova e ben arredata, con ampi spazi e due bagni ristrutturati.

Il problema di questo posto è oltre alla posizione che di sera è pericolosa e mal frequentata, i bagni puzzano di risalita e la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare. C’erano due rotolo di carta igienica di cui uno usato e praticamente finito, del sapone che era più acqua che altro. La cosa peggiore sono le finestre con le ante mezze rotte, dalla quale si sente ogni rumore, soprattutto il weekend, scordatevi di riposare, la gente urla fino alle cinque del mattino ed è come averli in casa.

Gli spazi della casa, la pulizia e la gentilezza dell'host. Chiarissime le informazioni di accesso. Ottima la posizione centrale, molto vicina a metro e servizi vari.

Il quartiere di sera è per cosi dire molto vario e movimentato, non proprio un posto dove porterei a passeggiare i bambini. Noi viviamo a Roma e non ci siamo sconvolti piu di tanto, ma ci ha ricordato un po il quartiere universitario san lorenzo; pur essendo ad un piano alto si sentivano le urla della gente , quindi rumoroso.da sottolineare che noi abbiamo soggiornato di sabato sera, magari gli altri giorni è piu tranquillo. Di giorno normalissimo quartiere.

Ugodna i detaljna komunikacija kod dolaska. Uredan apartman, pogodan za manju grupicu, četiri sobe i dvije kupaonice, uređen svježe i moderno s obzirom da se nalazi u staroj zgradi. Smješten u samom centru na pješačkoj udaljenosti od zanimljivosti.

Ormari u sobama zaključani lokotom, samim tim neupotrebljivi. Ostavljena stara istrošena spuzvica za pranje suđa. U neposrednoj blizini se okupljaju tamnoputi doseljenici narkomani koji se svađaju i galame do dugo u noć. Vrlo neugodno.

Céntrico y limpio

La ubicación es lo mejor, el apartamento está limpio y bien equipado. Para mi gusto para 6 personas le falta algo de zona de salón con sofás, solo dispone de un pequeño sofá 3 plazas en la cocina. Los colchones no son muy cómodos, deberían de cambiarlos. Y para finalizar, el anfitrión no nos dio ninguna facilidad para guardar las maletas, es la primera vez en 20 años que nos sucede algo así, no obstante, la estación de tren está a 10 minutos a pie y dispone de consigna.

Själva lägenheten är väldigt fin!

Beläget i väldigt dåligt område! Runt omkring är det bra alkisar och narkomaner! Väldigt obehagligt att få tag på nyckel. Madrasserna är väldigt osköna! Väldigt lyhörd!! Vi var 7 personer och kunde vara lite högre än vanligt på kvällen! Fick tillsägelse att vara tystare annars kommer polisen bli tillkallad! Samtidigt är OTROLIGT högljudd från på gatan då dem som hänger där skriker samt en bar i närheten där det borde slogs sönder glass och annat!! Ingen tekanna finns på plats!

Ottima soluzione per visitare torino

Apaprtamento comodo e con 4 camere matrimaoniali , due bagni e una cuina living che ha anche un divano letto. Siamo stati in 8 con amici in occasione di un evento sportivo ci siamo trovati molto bene. I due bagno hanno una piacevole doccia. Posizione comoda alla stazione e al parco del valentino . 15/20 minuti a piedi dal centro città.
