AVOID AT ALL COSTS! RUDE HOST
Location
We specifically chose this property because it advertised an included parking spot, which was also confirmed by the host in messages before our arrival. At no point were we informed that the parking was located approximately 11 minutes walking distance from the apartment, which is a crucial detail — especially when traveling by car and planning an early departure the next morning.
Upon arrival, there was no parking card in the apartment. The host did not answer phone calls and only replied later, stating that someone would deliver the card “in 30 minutes.” During this time, we were forced to park elsewhere and pay for parking, which the host was fully aware of and did not offer to reimburse.
When we expressed frustration with the situation — which was entirely reasonable given that the parking was supposed to be available upon arrival — the host became hostile. Instead of resolving the issue, we were explicitly told to leave the apartment, our reservation was threatened to be cancelled, and communication was abruptly cut off.
We immediately contacted Booking.com, who confirmed that the host could not legally force us out. However, no effective assistance was provided. The parking card was never delivered, despite waiting over an hour in total. Given the aggressive tone of the host and the fact that we were told to leave, we no longer felt safe staying in the apartment or leaving our belongings there.
As a result, we were left standing on the street in Turin, without accommodation, without parking, and without support, late in the day. The host later provided Booking.com with misleading information, claiming we refused to wait 15 minutes and completely omitting the fact that we were asked to leave the property.
This was an extremely distressing and unacceptable experience. The communication was unprofessional, key information was withheld, and the host’s behavior was aggressive and retaliatory. I strongly recommend avoiding this property.

Il secondo bagno è solo di servizio (no bidet e no doccia).

Immersion turinoise
L’appartement est très bien rénové et fidèle aux photos! Accessible par ascenseur mais pas aux normes pmr( une haute marche a l’entree et ascenseur pas assez large pour un fauteuil), il est tres bien placé, proche de la gare et tout se fait a pied! Merci à notre hôte pour sa réactivité et toutes les informations!
A noter, le stationnement est dans la rue et il faut tourner un peu pour en trouver un, encore plus un gratuit(lignes bleues).

Otimo apartamento para quem quer passar uns dias a visitar Torino.
O apartamento é adorável, com muito charme, espaçoso e muito funcional. Ideal para familias. Camas bem confortáveis e cozinha bem equipada.
A localização é muito boa para visitar a cidade, mas é inevitável ouvir os barulhos da cidade desde que o dia se levanta.
A anfitriã esteve sempre disponível por telefone para responder a todas as questões.

O facto de não haver lugar para estacionar pertinho do apartamento. Mas, mais uma vez a anfitriã foi incansável a sugerir-nos parques nas proximidades e reembolsou o que gastámos no estacionamento, na noite em que estivemos hospedados.

Parking à 32 minutes de l’appartement et de surcroît il est demandé d’avoir une contrainte horaire précise pour garer. Wifi en panne mais dépanné un dimanche. À l’instar de plusieurs établissements respectant les contraintes légales, rien de rien dans l’appartement, lait, capsules de café, sel… Rapport qualité prix correct

Semplicemente favolosa!
La struttura è favolosa, sembra di immergersi nella ‘Torino elegante di una volta’ ma allo stesso tempo con quel sapore di nuovo grazie alla casa appena ridipinta e ai mobili tutti nuovi! Le foto non rendono giustizia all immobile. Fantastico! È silenziosissima e molto calda. La posizione è incredibile, sulla pedonale di via Amendola a 5 metri da Via Roma, la via centrale della città. Manuela è la responsabile della struttura ed è davvero di una gentilezza e professionalità rare. Due giorni non ci sono bastati, torneremo sicuramente e di nuovo qui! Grazie!
