Well kitted out. The staff were fabulous. Made up our sofa bed when asked & we’re very accommodating. The work room down stairs was a bonus. The beds were a good size & comfy. Brilliant location

Location of facility is perfect for exploring Turin. You can walk anywhere you want and also T4 tram line is right in front of hotel. Hotel and its neighborhood make you feel safe even at night time. Apartment is very spacious and there are all utilities you may need. In addition, it was perfectly clean. Staff is more than helpful and friendly, they are like your friends in Turin :) They frequently ask if you need help about anything and supply you with all the info about their facility and the city.

Had everything we needed for our stay

We went into reception and a lovely girl - Sabrina - showed us to our room and explained how the door codes worked. She was really helpful and friendly. The apartment was perfect for our four day stay. We stayed in a one bedroom apartment with a balcony - there was no furniture on the balcony, but it ran the full length of the apartment and we took a couple of chairs out if we wished to sit for a while. The location was really central and handy for restaurants, museums and supermarkets. We will most likely stay here again if we are back in Turin.

I understand the business model of self-sufficient guests but it is awfully impersonal. Beware that when you leave there may be no one there (as late as 0900) to hold your bag so you might have to take it with you for the day!

We had a wonderful experience at Be Mate Torino. The accommodation was spacious, exceptionally clean, and very comfortable — truly felt like a home away from home. It was fully equipped with everything I needed: a stovetop, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, and a quiet, efficient air conditioning system, which made my stay even more pleasant. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of many key attractions, restaurants, and shops. It made getting around incredibly easy and convenient. Another highlight was the great communication with the reception team — they were friendly, responsive, and always helpful.

Great stay in central Torino! The location is perfect—everything's walkable, and there's a bus stop right outside. The access inside is very easy with pass codes, no keys or cards needed. Simple, smooth.

Modern digs in the heart of Torino.

Good location, about 10 minute walk from Porta Nuova train station. Prefer an upper floor location to minimize street noise although high quality windows close out most of it. New renovation, cleaning staff keeps it in impeccable condition. Everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether 1 night or 1 week. The reception staff is quite efficient and they make check in/out quite easy. All automated with no keys to carry around! Great alternative to a hotel, with lots more space to relax.

Some small things that are my personal preferences. 1. I would add wall mirrors in each of the bedrooms. There are mirrors within the closets, not always convenient to leave the doors open though. With 1 bathroom, wall mirrors would be helpful with makeup or doing hair when someone else is using the bathroom. 2. I would add a roll of paper towels to the kitchen and some liquid dishwashing liquid and an ice tray or two. 3. There’s a coffee machine on the ground floor coworking space but I would add a Nespresso machine in the apartment, or at least give the option to have one brought in on request as many of us like our coffee first thing before going out from the room.

Great place in the heart of Turin

Location is fantastic and apartment is big with everything you need for a short stay. The team was excellent and very responsive. Well done.

The master bed was extremely poor. The frame for the mattress and mattress meant the sleep quality was terrible. It needs to be changed especially considering it’s a premium apartment - with the high price as a consequence. The team offered to change room, but we were put all day and could not return to the property to pack up. Also, there is no tea or coffee provided. This is a small thing back makes a big difference

The best apartment/hotel I have ever stayed in, it was amazing. super quiet, super clean, so spacious and with everything you could need, also with an amazing location and great price

The only thing I could say is that it was harder to find later at night, there’s no sign really and Google Maps was a bit confusing but I guess that’s because it’s quite new. In any case the staff are so helpful and sent all the information we needed via WhatsApp

Everything! The location is fantastic, right in the center but on a quiet street so it’s easy to come back to take breaks from site seeing. The apartment was spotless with great amenities. Both beds were comfortable especially the fold out. The staff was very helpful as well. Espresso machine in the Lobby is a nice touch.

The only suggestion I would make is either to have an espresso machine in each room or coffee for the moka pot. And an electric kettle and tea. These were the only things missing.

L'appartamento era meraviglioso, pulitissimo e impeccabile. Non mancava nulla. Facilissimo accedere sia al palazzo che all'appartamento, super comodo non doversi portare le chiavi. Se dovessi tornare a Torino sicuramente alloggerei nuovamente qui.

gli appartamenti sono molto belli, il posto è appena stato rifatto per cui è tutto nuovo . La posizione è eccellente.

Tutto il processo è gestito via whatsapp con molti messaggi , praticamente devi fare tutto tu come cliente, raccogliere i documenti di tutti e inserire tutti i dati . Se sei in un gruppo come nel mio caso, è una grande perdita di tempo. Se manca qualcosa tutto si blocca. I codici vengono comunicati all'ultimo e se ci sono problemi il supporto da chiamare è in spagna. In cucina non c'e nemmeno un caffe o un te a disposizione, cosa che ormai mettono tutti. Per questo prezzo e questo tipo di vacanza è sicuramente meglio un hotel tradizionale.
