Close in location to many sights. Convenient store just a few steps away. Well stocked kitchen.

We were concerned about parking in front of the building so walked to a large underground garage. The garage was well maintained and had easy to access spaces, yet is very expensive. A clothes washer would be nice.

location fantastic. clean rooms. good bathroom. big bedroom and living area. good double size sofa fold out. no noise from piazza. would stay again.

lack of toaster and unclean kettle - please descale the kettle. no hot water for a day but due to local gas works. lack of info that laundry facilities were outside on the verandah.

Excellent location, a few hundred of meters from the train station. City center withing walking distance. The apartment is huge, with an excellent bathroom and a kitchen to prepare breakfast and even possibility to cook.

We would have appreciated a more personal welcome, but the owners were very responsive.

We loved everything about this place. From the easy check-in procedure to the ergonomically excellent layout, this was great. Zero issues, just a great experience.

There was a loud humming noise from about 6am on the last day. We think it may have been another resident's washing machine or more probably a drier.

Excellent location walking distance to Porta Nuova train station, taxis close to the property, shops, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies and supermarkets all under the property. Great stay, modern amenities, clean and well maintained.

The size of the facility was larger than I had anticipated. The location was exceptional, including the proximity to the train station. The rooms were clean, and the surrounding area was as well.

This was a beautiful apartment in a superb location. Very spacious and clean. Check in was easy and plenty of coffee and breakfast supplies were available. The location is excellent, lots of great restaurants around but still quiet at night.

Verry pretty and clean. Air condition separate for the bedroom and living room. Big windows and plenty of light. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower, big towels. Parking just under the building is very convenient (25 euros per day)..We enjoyed the apartment very much.

Communication with the owner was not so good- messages sent through booking took a long time to reply.

A perfect place from train station to the vibrant center of the city.

Everything worked out well. We even got help from the cleaning staff. Someone was in our parking spot and quickly was resolved. In time for my friend drove in. It would have been nice turn up a notch of heat in the kitchen / living space. I definitely come back for a weekend. Mille grazie.

Excellent location, safe area, safe apartment, really highly recommended

Late arrival, after 11pm - clear instructions sent before hand, registered via an app, received the info on each door code and lock box - all very easy - as part of booking, free taxi from airport added in - whatsapp message from the driver with photos of where he was. Really large apartment (1 bed superior with balcony) - fast wifi, clean, comfy beds (although the sofa bed a little noisy, but to be expected) Of all the places booked over the years felt really safe and secure in the apartment - well secured building which is important when with my family. Great location - supermarket nearby, plenty coffee bars, restaurants, short walk to the centre and the shops. Well connected to tram / bus / train stations

One of the greatest experience

Apartment looks amazing , even better than on Booking photos. Outstanding interior, very comfortable beds, beautiful bathroom and bathroom accessories. Location is in the heart of the downtown close to all attractions, shops and restaurants. Main train station is 2min walk and bus station 5min by taxi. But even it is in downtown it is very quite.

We enjoyed the room very much! It is equipped with everything you may need - from kitchen equipment, bed linen, bath facilities. The a/c cools the room perfectly, the curtains make perfect shade in the morning, the room is quiet. We enjoyed very very much and would warmly recommend!!

We arrived in the middle of the night after an exhausting travel and felt a bit like an escape room trying to get the hints into the keys and the room (: but the stay was perfect 🤩

The apartment Viola has an excellent location. Easy access to historic sites, shops and restaurants. There is a paid car park which is marked with the name Le Tre Madame. The apartment offers everything typical for this type of premises: kitchen equipment, coffee, tea, light breakfast provided by the owner.

The floor creaks. The bedroom in Apartment Viola is not a separate room, but is part of the common room with a dividing wall (like a screen) that does not reach the ceiling. We had a little problem with parking because some gentleman who didn't introduce himself was being arrogant with his car, but we took the situation as - Welcome to Italy ;) It didn't leave a good impression!

Fantastic stay in the heart of Turin!

We got into the apartment via a door code and keys in a lock box. This was perfect for us! We were 4 friends with different interests so we used the lock box to make sure everyone could get in when we went out separately or if someone wanted to stay out later. It was perfect for our needs. The apartment was so nice and very well appointed - including a Nespresso machine!! The aircon was also a huge plus!! The location is superb! I would definitely stay here again.

The bathroom did not have a fan - so after a shower it was a bit steamy/humid in there. Other than that, there isn't really anything to complain about!
