Pretty and unique experience with all the period time details. Comfortable beds.

Unique experience with original architectural details of the period. The bed and bedding was all very soft and comfortable and liked the variety of pillow type and the kitchenette. I liked that I could open the windows. Clean. Great that on site parking is available for a few. The lady who helped us had a great recommendation for pasta restaurant.

This isn’t too much of a negative comment but for some it may matter: the curtains do allow some street lamp light in at night. Not bad but they are not blackout curtains.

Highly recommend this location for a group of couples!

It was so much better than staying in a hotel. It had character, was beautiful and comfortable and all of the staff were very helpful and kind. We were able to walk and bike everywhere. It made our time in Turino stress free and extra memorable.

Really good apartment in a stunning city.

Great location in a Really Stunning City.

The kitchen was a little short in storage space for food , but we are able to reshuffle the contents to make it work…and the television was difficult to operate.

Great apartment in the centre of Torino.

Great location in the centre of Torino, extremely close to the Piazza San Carlo and the main shopping areas. Not sure the location could be any more convenient. Very attractive period building. Parking conveniently located a few minutes away. Very friendly host. Spacious and comfortable apartment.

The apartment is slightly dark, but I guess this is to be expected given the location with tall buildings the other side of the road.

Location- extra space to move around - quiet street and super friendly staff.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Location was excellent, walking distance from all the restaurants, shops and places to visit. Room was spacious, with beautiful views, bed was comfortable with extra space to work and spend time in the room, contemplating the view.

A beautiful setting in a great location

It was a charming property in a great location. I thought I had booked twin beds but the second bed was on a mezzanine and was a sofa bed. Not sure if this was my mistake or theirs. But it was comfortable

An early departure and no facility to leave the keys? No drop box? When I queried I was told reception opened at 9am. No good for an early flight.

A romantic escape into a painting

Una meraviglia! A marvelous intimate palazzo that will make your feel in Torino like if you were “a protagonist of a novel”. Immaculate attention to detail, cleanness and assumed aesthetics that beats a 5 star hotel. Grazie!

A beautiful room and a very enjoyable stay.

Stunning large room in a very central location. Room was spotless with lovely fresh linen on a very comfortable bed. Pillows were good too. Shower was amazing especially after a long day of walking. Staff were very helpful and booked a taxi for our early morning departure.

Top quality accommodation in a beautiful palazzo, where baroque meets contemporary.

I loved it was part of a beautiful palazzo with grand entrance, and restoration and conversion to the highest quality. the mix of Baroque and contemporary. It was a bonus to have access to an impressive living in addition to the suite, and wrap around courtyard balcony with views to a garden. The daily cleaning staff were so attentive. It was a top star hotel but better in being more personal and intimate. I looked forward to returning to it each day.

Room was beautiful, spacious and centrally located. The room was very quiet and the bed comfortable. The hosts were very responsive. I will definitely return next time I am in Turin.

Unfortunately the on-site parking was full but we were able to park in a nearby public garage, so it was not a problem. There was nothing that I didn't like.

Very stylishly decorated. spacious room. very good bed, pillows & shower. great to have coffee making facilities & fridge to store our own milk as none was provided. good dinner recommendations close by. Some cute little touches. secure parking on request at €30 a night

no breakfast provided, which seems odd when you consider how much they charge. extremely loud outside in the square across till 1-2am on Saturday night.

Such a beautiful and comfortable place

Simply amazing. The appartment is not only very comfortable but also looks beautiful. There is a central room voor all appartmens which can be reached with an elevator. Than the appartment had a splitlevel, the bedroom + bathroom downstairs and a sittingroom above that. Bed was really comfortable, good shower and coffee facility. Our room also had a balcony. We would go back here next time.

The staff of the Palazzo made it a very comfortable stay.

We had a three day stay in Turin with the family. The spot is a beautyful and calm place close by the city center. It was a warm welcome by staff, who organized a lot of things for us. It was a relaxing pleasure to stay in the Palazzo del Carretto.

We weren't aware that there was a Carnival holiday, so some spots were closed.
