Piazza Castello - Turin Center View

Great location, well stocked kitchen, lovely balconies, lots of storage, washing machine

Air conditioning didn't work, and it was very annoying checking in - you have to chat with an AI bot and multiple steps to get to a lockbox with the keys, also hard to find the front door

The apartment is stunning and so clean. Located centrally so everything was easy to walk to.

The property did say AC however it did not work. Which was unfortunate during a heat wave. There was also only one fan upstairs near the bed. It would have been nice to have another downstairs if there is no AC.

I really liked the value and the location of the place. It's a very convenient location. The place is also really big with a living/dining room and a separate bedroom.

The check in experience was smooth but the staff wasn't really friendly at first when the towels wasn't placed on the bed and I had to get them from somewhere where I didn't find hygienic. I pointed out the attitude of the staff and that was resolved quickly. However, during checkout, the process wasn't as smooth because of the software issue. I had to wait 1 hour before it was resolved. The air conditioning wasn't as strong as well.

La posizione è veramente strategica ben collegata con tutta la città a piedi o con autobus. Molto suggestivo l'affaccio su Piazza Castello e comodo l'appartamento

Migliorerei l'aerazione della camera da letto e la doccia che è un po' piccola. Se si vuole raggiungere l'optimun
