Loger Confort Residence & Apartments

This is a beautifully classic property with a living room and fully stocked kitchen area and a separate bedroom. There are 4 of us so our grown children used the sleeper sofa in the living room and we used the bedrooms. This is the largest most comfortable apartment of our 3 week trip. Highly recommended.

This apartment was wonderful for our needs. It was spacious, clean, and walkable to most everything; we even walked with our luggage from the train station which was surprisingly close. We loved the ability to open up the windows and get fresh air. The bathroom was a generous size and the kitchen was very convenient and a nice size too! We used the sofa-bed as well as the bedroom and both were acceptable as far as comfort. The building itself is lovely and the interior is even pretty. The staff was friendly, professional, very helpful, and easily accessible during and after business hours. Our apartment faced a dead-end street/parking lot for an adjacent building which housed a restaurant. After the first day, the sound of clinking dishes late into the night got very tiring. This is completely out of control of the staff and as such is not held against this property. I only mention it for those who may be sensitive to sound or light sleepers so they can ask for a different facing room. We loved Turin and this property and would definitely stay here again!!

I had a frustrating experience regarding our room key. The key worked perfectly the first time I entered. However, later that night when returning from dinner, it simply would not turn in the lock. We tried a couple of times without forcing it and called management. Thankfully, a staff member let us in with a spare. The real issue arose at checkout. The front office demanded a me to pay for the key replacement fee, claiming I bent the key because I "didn't know how to open the door." This logic makes no sense: if I didn't know how to use it, I wouldn't have entered effortlessly the first time. I didn't force anything, I am not a giant. We tried normally and immediately called for help. While they argued a malfunction would have failed on the first try, the reality is that locks and keys experience wear and tear at any moment. When I refused to pay for a mechanical failure, the staff member insisted on charging my credit card on file anyway. I had to explicitly state that I do not authorize the charge and that forcing it through would be considered fraud. Only then did he finally back down and claim he would "appeal with Expedia" instead. Watch your statements carefully if you stay here. Management will resort to bullying tactics until you stand your ground.
