Wonderful stay

Beautiful large and well equipped house. Very clean. Responsive and helpful host.

Slight smell of damp in the basement bedroom, but did not cause us any problems.

Exceptional

The Villa is huge and perfect for families. Each room had its own bathroom and the kitchen had modern equipment and kitchenware. Also the kitchen is stocked with basic groceries. Location was perfect to go with public transports to the city center and nearby bakeries, supermarkets and local butcher.

We came to see the ATP Final and we were completely satisfied with the accomodation.

We liked that the villa has several rooms with plenty of space and big living area in liniving room and dining room. We were a noisy company playing cards in the dining room, but since it is an individual home, we did not bother the neighbors.

If I have to mention sth, in some of the rooms the furnitures are a little bit uncomfortable, but not seriously.

La surface de l'hébergement, la cuisine et son équipement au top pour un séjour en grand nombre. Vraiment rien à redire sur l'équipement de la cuisine et de l'équipement en général. Et, s'il faut trouver une amélioration : nous avons trouvé que le grille-pain manquait.

Confortable mais ne convient pas pour 6 personnes...

La villa est assez grande, lumineuse, propre et confortable. La cuisine est bien équipée. La petite terrasse est très agréable. Cependant, la description sur le site n'est pas tout à fait correcte.

Il n'y a pas 5 salles de bain, mais 4 et encore, l'une n'a pas de douche, mais juste un lavabo. En outre, deux chambres sont en sous-sol, avec une salle de bain partagée. Une autre chambre, non pourvue de douche, est sous les toits, avec seulement un matelas par terre (pas de lit proprement dit). Etant avec des collègues de travail, cette configuration n'était pas idéale et surtout, nous aurions pu trouver moins cher et plus confortable dans le centre : j'avais choisi cette villa pour les 5 salles de bain annoncées.

La casa è semplicemente stupenda, ottima per un gruppo di 10 persone come il nostro. La proprietaria ci ha fatto poi sentire veramente a casa ed è venuta incontro alle nostre necessità. Felici di aver scelto questa struttura per il nostro retreat aziendale.

Como en casa

Hemos estado 9 personas en el alojamiento y nos ha encantado. El apartamento estaba muy limpio, era amplio, acogedor y calentito, perfecto para sentirnos como en casa. No le faltaba ningún detalle: la cocina era maravillosa y tenía todo lo necesario para disfrutar la estancia cómodamente. En general, ha sido una experiencia fantástica y un lugar ideal para descansar y disfrutar del viaje. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

Ottima struttura!

Struttura molto ben fornita e pulita, letti comodi. Colazione abbondante e variegata. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la caldaia che è stato risolto in tempi brevissimi. Molta attenzione nel fare trovare agli ospiti tutto quello che potrebbe servire. Parcheggio a pagamento molto comodo nelle vicinanze.

Excelente ratio calidad-precio cerca del centro de Turín

muy grande y espacioso, con muchas habitaciones y baños. Parking gratis a poca distancia. Cocina d alta gama con microondas integrado en el horno. Desayuno y botellas d agua y zumo disponibles a la llegada. La propietaria nos permitió dejar las maletas un poco más lo q nos fue muy útil.

Me faltaron unas copas más adecuadas para beber vino.

Grande casa per condividere gli spazi con amici e famigliari

La villa è accessoriata con tutto il necessario. Ci sono molte stoviglie ed elettrodomestici., compresa la lavastoviglie (molto comoda quando si è in tanti). Abbiamo trovato tutto l'occorrente per una prima colazione italiana abbondante, con alcuni prodotti biologici e gluten free. C'era altresì l'occorrente base per cucinare una pasta aglio,oglio e peperoncino. In dispensa caffè, tea, zucchero, olio, sale, aceto e molte spezie. Ghiaccio nel frizer e bottiglie di acqua fresca nel frigor. Al nostro arrivo c'era vino in fresco e patatine: assai apprezzato! Abbiamo trovato spray antizanzare, davvero utile. Aria condizionata ovunque tranne in mansarda. L'alloggio è abbastanza vicino al centro, con una passeggiata di circa 30 minuti, ma a pochi passi c'è un bus (o tram) che porta dritti nel cuore della città (i biglietti si comprano su app). Il quartiere è tranquillo.

La mansarda per noi è risultata inservibile a causa del gran caldo. C'è un "pinguino" ma non sufficiente a rinfrescare l'ambiente. Migliorerei la qualità delle lenzuola, ne metterei di piùprofessionali, quelle utilizzate sono sicuramente reciclate dalla vecchia biancheria di casa, anche se pulite e in discrete condizioni. L'ambiente è accogliente nel suo insieme, ma le camere da letto sono molto differenti fra loro e chi non abita la camera matrimoniale "padronale" (davvero super) , trova arredi e ambientazioni di reciclo, anche se carine e curate.

Torino ❤️ da vivere in villa Maria

Cucina moderna e super attrezzata, la signora Maria ce l'ha consegnata con ogni bene alimentare + bollicine birra e acqua, adiacente un tinello con grande tavolo dispensa e tv. Salotto con grande smart tv con anche amazon prime dazn etc.

I coltelli (non quelli da tavola) di casa andrebbero affilati.

Uitstekend huis voor groter gezelschap.

Comfortabel en goed gelegen huis voor 8 koppels, alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Goede verbindingen met openbaar vervoer, parkeren kan tegen een dagvergoeding bij een garage om de hoek. Het is eenvoudig om contact te hebben met de host, ze reageerde altijd snel en dacht heel flexibel mee.

De omschrijving was iets rooskleuriger dan in de werkelijkheid, bv. niet elke badkamer heeft een eigen douche en het parkeren is niet gratis.
