Nice place in a great location

The location is great. Also, it is clean and has fair facilities. The bathroom is nice and spacious. Great deal.

There were a couple of doors which you need to pass before you get into the actual room. And they were really loud to close, so some noises early in the morning. Also, in the bathroom there is a small windows which you are not able to fully close and some cigarette smell is coming from the yard.

Lovely place

Amazing building, very close to the station and a nice place to walk around Turin a bit. Wish we could have stayed there longer as the apartment was lovely too. Very comfortable, well equipped and a good space. A nice place to stay before a taxi to the airport.

We had to send our id documents to a Gmail email address which I felt a bit nervous about, a more secure way to do that would be good. And we had to leave the tourist tax in cash in a tin on the table. I struggled to translate the instructions from Italian to English, so it was a little confusing getting in, although I think that's more because the booking.com app doesn't have a translation option.

Such a beautifully presented property ! !

With a very good layout / excellent use of space, the property has been tastefully renovated and is in excellent condition. Including , Air conditioning , well ventilated, and all modern commodity. It is a welcoming and comfortable, easy to reach property. We arrived in less than five minutes From one of Torino main train station, Torino Portanova. Excellent communication with the host very lovely character Property.

Could perhaps add a small dishwasher!?

Renovations for the whole building were ongoing outside at the time, so we couldn’t open the window shutters but it wasn’t a problem as the inside was so cozy.

A delightful stay in a modernised heritage home

The property is stylish, well equipped and meticulously clean. It is in a walking distance to the train station. The host responded quickly to inquiries. The check-in instructions were very clear.

The ventilation of the unit was not ideal. I did need to turn on the ceiling fan to sleep at night. However, the ceiling fan was connected to the light, so I had to keep the light on the whole night through.

The one night stay was pleasant, I had everything I needed.

Paolo was very helpful in getting me check-in, thankfully he was able to meet me onsite!

The original email I received from Booking.com for the property had a confirmation number and a pin number. I wrongly assumed that the pin number was the pin number for the apartment, which would get me in. I also thought I was being meet on site upon my arrival. However, neither of these assumptions were right. The required details for the property were emailed to me the day before the arrival time. I'm already flying 35000 feet in the air from New Zealand - 30 hours travel time, with no access to wi-fi or the internet at this time. When I land, I don't have time to check my emails (remember, I thought I was meeting someone and I thought I already had the confidential pin number). So, I arrive at a property that has more than one option of apartments I could be staying at without references to the apartment or the details on how to get in. In my opinion, this process needs to be rectified, Thankfully Paolo was able to meet me onsite, otherwise I don't know how long it would have taken me to figure out how to get into the property, I certainly wasn't expecting an email this late in the piece.

Posizione ottima, qualche dettagli da sistemare!

Abbiamo soggiornato per alcuni giorni presso Palazzo Camerana. La posizione è ottima e la struttura è curata.

Durante il soggiorno abbiamo però riscontrato alcuni disagi: il telecomando della televisione non funzionava e non è stato possibile sistemarlo prima della partenza. Il condizionatore emetteva solo aria fredda, senza indicazioni chiare a riguardo. Inoltre, il termosifone del bagno inizialmente non funzionava perché la valvola era chiusa e abbiamo dovuto intervenire noi per aprirla. Lo staff è stato gentile nelle risposte, ma con una comunicazione più chiara e una maggiore attenzione ai dettagli l’esperienza sarebbe stata decisamente migliore.

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

Vicinanza alla stazione impagabile, davvero 2 minuti, il che è di una comodità estrema per chi arriva in treno e per muoversi comodamente in centro. Si trova a massimo mezz'ora di distanza a piedi dalle principali piazze e musei, ottima zona per l'accesso a svariati mezzi pubblici. Nonostante soggetti discutibili che popolano la stazione in orario serale, come avviene ovunque, non abbiamo avuto la sensazione di trovarci in pericolo anche perché l'area è molto ben illuminata. Appartamento accogliente e fornito del necessario per un piacevole soggiorno, ottima la quantità di asciugamani e la presenza degli accappatoi, rari da trovare negli appartamenti. Disponibilità di bidoni per raccolta differenziata dentro e fuori dall'appartamento. Con 5 euro al giorno si può usufruire del deposito bagagli. Accesso all'appartamento e al deposito automatizzato con codici comunicati dal proprietario. Mi lascia sempre un po' perplessa non conoscere di persona i proprietari dato che tutto è stato fatto a distanza ma a onor del vero questo garantisce maggior comodità di orari e comunque il proprietario risponde immediatamente a messaggi e chiamate. A completamento, nelle vicinanze ci sono posti molto gradevoli dove poter mangiare e il supermercato Esselunga in stazione, molto comodo.

Onestamente per la cifra richiesta ritengo l'appartamento congruo e comodo. Piccoli dettagli dell'appartamento da rivedere ma ininfluenti a nostro avviso.

La ubicación es perfecta. Apartamento limpio. Cama cómoda. Tamaño muy correcto de cada estancia. Y al anfitrión le pongo un 10. Las indicaciones para acceder fueron muy precisas. Y llegamos y estaba la calefacción puesta. Detallazo. Sin duda, si vuelvo a Turín, repetiré con Paolo.

Appartamento vicinissimo alla stazione,comodo,carino e pulito. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Disponibile caffè,té. Molto comodo il self check in con i codici. Dotato di ascensore e bagno spazioso ma senza finestre.

L’unica pecca, se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, é che era presente il caffè ma mancava anche solo una bottiglia di acqua.

La surface de l’appartement 45 m2 , le calme, le confort et la propreté . Et particulièrement la situation très centrale ( 100 mètres de la gare) La possibilité de laisser le dernier jour nos valises au bureau du rez de chaussée pour venir les récupérer jusqu’à 18h .

Очень удобное месторасположение , рядом вокзал,все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности,рядом сетевой супермаркет с разнообразным ассортиментом и готовой едой.Квартира нас встретила теплом,сияющей чистотой,новыми комплектами халатов и полотенец.Очень удобная кровать и постельное белье хорошего качества.На кухне всевозможные гаджеты,включая соковыжималку.Наличие капсул для кофе в достаточном количестве,чай,специи ,все,что пригодилось.Прекрасный ремонт,все очень удобно,квартира -выше всяческих похвал.Хозяин - большой молодец!!!Очень рекомендую для посещения,нам очень понравилось Спасибо большое за гостепреимство!!!

Nuova esperienza a Torino

Appartamento combinato abbastanza bene. Scomodo avere solo la macchinetta del caffè ma ci siano abituate anzi abbiamo imparata ad usarla le frattempo. Letto comodo. Zona tranquilla e abbastanza comoda per il centro o per le stazioni sia di porta Susa 25 minuti a piedi e 5 minuti a porta Nuova. Si ha la metro molto vicina anche I ristoranti di vari genere dal italiano al kebab al cinese. Tanti bar e comodità anche del supermercato.

Eleganza e comodità, nel cuore di torino.

I proprietari/gestori sono stata davvero meravigliosi. Precisi, puntuali, accoglienti (nonostante le interazioni da remoto), e disponibilissimi. L'alloggio è meraviglioso e presenta rifiniture storiche. La zona è comodissima, sia per il centro (20 minuti a piedi) che per la stazione (4 minuti a piedi) e quindi adatta anche a chi si ferma in città per una notte o poco più. Pulizia e comfort sono al massimo. Ci ritornerà sicuramente.

Meraviglioso appartamento posizionato in centrissimo, abbiamo fatto auto check-in, camera e bagno puliti, accessoriata di ogni confort anche per soggiorni più lunghi, presenta una cucina con i suoi utensili, lavatrice e forno. Letto comodo.

sfeervol ingericht, comfortabel en zeer gunstig gelegen appartement, vlakbij het station.

De sfeervolle inrichting van het appartement in een mooi 19e eeuws gebouw waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. De goede bereikbaarheid van de host Pietro die meteen langs kwam toen we vragen hadden en ons ook een paar zeer goede tips heeft gegeven voor restaurants die we anders nooit gevonden hadden. Het appartement is ook zeer gunstig gelegen, direct bij het station (met een heerlijke Napolitaanse ontbijtplek) en vandaar loop je zo onder de portico's het centrum in.

Стильное, чистое и комфортное жильё, которое идеально расположено. Всего в паре минут от вокзала Порта Нуова: это меня особенно выручало, когда появилось желание съездить из Турина в другой город. Плюс до центра можно спокойно дойти пешком минут за 15-20. На кухне есть всё необходимое, WI-FI работает отлично, инструкции очень понятные, также хозяин предоставляет несколько полотенец и халат. В плане интерьера один из лучших номеров, где я останавливалась :)

Довольно громко скрипит паркет, и иногда можно услышать, как он скрипит даже в соседних номерах. И нет отдельного окна: чтобы проветрить, надо оставлять входную дверь приоткрытой, а она ведет на общий со многими другими номерами балкон. Так что ночью это небезопасный вариант, что немного обидно, поскольку я люблю спать с открытой форточкой. Но в остальном жильё отличное.
