Die Lage ist sensationell, unmittelbar gegenüber vom Bahnhof, dennoch sehr leise und eine chice Umgebung. Ins Zentrum 20 Minuten zur Fuß. Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und geräumig, sehr sauber. Was man braucht, ist da. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist gut. Läden und nette Cafes in der Nähe. Alles ausgezeichnet. Nur der Komfort war in unserem Fall leider etwas eingeschränkt (siehe unten).
Bei unserer Anreise informierte uns die Vermieterin, dass kurz vor unserer Ankunft die Klimaanlage ausgefallen war und eine Reparatur nicht vor unserer Abreise möglich ist. Die Vermieterin bedauerte dies sehr. Sie stellte uns einen kleinen Ventilator zur Verfügung. Bei Temperaturen über 30 Grad war der Aufenthalt dennoch beeinträchtigt. Auch der Lift war an einem Tag außer Funktion. Seine Reparatur konnten wir bei unserer Abreise noch beobachten. Wir fänden eine Minderung der Miete fair.
