Convenient and large studio in front of a calm square

Large studio (or small loft) with 3 large beds (one separate by curtains and the 2 other ones on 2 mezzanines). Shower/bathroom/toilets are closed by a door. Calm and confortable, with kitchenette and 2 washing machines (dishes and laundry).

Full of bad surprises

The location is not bad.

The property was on the fourth floor, which was not mentioned in the booking description, and there is no elevator! There is no one to help you at the front desk, they checked us in and vanished. We needed more blankets and an iron, called and talked to them multiple times, came by the front desk multiple times, but no one helped.

Ground floor, backyard position, relatively dark. Has definitely seen much better times and the hardwood floor could benefit from a good professional cleaning. Every door on the cupboard and bathroom was worn out. But still, central and easy access location...

A gorgeous spacious Turin apartment.

this apartment is in a wonderful location right in the historic centre of Turin, it was really cleverly laid out to use the space to full effect. I would 100% recommend you staying here. it was spotlessly clean and very secure.

Awful experience

Location

Miserable place, it is located on the ground floor in a cellar. The place was very dirty and smelly, we found the toilet not flushed from previous host, the bathroom door was broken and didn’t close, the sofa had a hole in the fake leather, and everywhere there are old plastic furnitures. After check in we realized it was not at all reflecting the pictures and we left it immediately. The owner refused to accept our complaint and to reimburse (even partly) the stay.

Very comfortable, clean, the location is excellent (super central) and the host is very nice. We didn't have problems with absolutely anything.

Great location. Very comprehensive host. All simple and easy. Appartment nice and functionnal for a family.

It could have been mentioned that the appartment is on the ground floor. This is however not a problem, as the courtyard is very quiet. Footprints coming from the atik of the restaurant(I think?) could be sometimes disturbing in the optional bed part. For the other beds, it is just fine.

Pessima pulizia, puzza di muffa insopportabile...nonostante i lavori (come ha detto la proprietà)....in descrizione parla di 2 camere da letto ...ma nessuna ha porta...(privacy nulla)...bisognerebbe aggiornare le foto della struttura.

La posizione è buona. L'accesso è facile.

Tuttavia, la casa è tempestata da citofonate che usano i condomini per entrare più facilmente (citofonando su Maltese, il cancello si apre senza chiavi). Ha stupito la totale assenza di beni essenziali (dalla bottiglietta di acqua al sapone per le mani)

Viaggio in famiglia

Posizione ottima centrale, facile da raggiungere con i mezzi pubblici e a piedi dalla stazione Porta Nuova. Vicino a tutte le più importanti attrazioni a piedi. Facile accesso con istruzioni semplici da seguire. La zona giorno è grande e comoda per 5 persone anche la tavola molto comoda

La casa è molto umida perché è fatta così, le finestre sono solo due frontali e l'appartamento è sempre in ombra quindi si sente proprio umidità all'interno, era pulito anche abbastanza bene ma probabilmente vista la posizione umida ci sono molte manutenzioni aggiuntive da fare perché si vedono i danni dovuti all'umidità ( muffe, stipiti delle porte marci eccetera). I materassi al piano terra sono letteralmente sfondati molto scomodi sicuramente da sostituire. Per il prezzo pagato ci si aspetterebbe un pochino di più ecco.

Ottima posizione, ma puzza di muffa

La struttura è sita in un ottima posizione strategica, si è vicini a tutto, dal parco del Valentino, a piazza San Carlo, a Porta Nuova. Vicino si trovano tanti locali sia per mangiare che solo per bere. Come posizione è perfetta.

La casa anche se comoda ed accogliente ha un grosso problema, vi è un gran cattivo odore di muffa, letti un po' scomodi, noi eravamo in 7 ed avevamo problemi a farci tutti la doccia con l'acqua calda.

L unica cosa ottimale era la posizione

Tutto ! Mi spiace …. Ma questo e’ il caso in cui le foto fanno sopravvalutare la struttura …. In foto bellissima … nella realtà invece diverso . Scarso se non assente igiene nella struttura … pavimento sporco , polvere ovunque , doccia sia fuori che dentro inguardabile , piano cottura ( che non avremmo comunque utilizzato per il breve soggiorno ) inutilizzabile , tutto arrugginito . Appena entrati si e’ subito sentita puzza di fumo e di umidità … aprendo il frigo ( perché volevamo mettere una nostra bottiglia di acqua … abbiamo trovato una bottiglia di The ‘ piccola già aperta e bevuta metà .

Très central (on peut visiter le centre à pieds), assez grand, bonne literie.

Assez sombre, au fond d'une cour intérieure et surtout forte odeur d'humidité, très gênant quand on est à l'intérieur Pas possible de ne pas utiliser les lampes à l'intérieur.

Voyage a Turin en famille

L'emplacement est parfait pour découvrir Turin. Pour 5 personnes mais pas pour 7. L'explication avec vidéo pour intégrer le logement était bien. Il faut préferer les transports en commun pour venir dans cette ville ou bien réserver le parking proposé avec la location a 25€/jour.

Le logement n'etait pas a la hauteur des photos et le réfrigérateur et congélateur pas nettoyés La douche est a refaire et le canapé lit inconfortable. Stationnement est très cher et très compliqué. Ne pas y aller en voiture. C'est une zone rouge donc interdit de stationner sans autorisation de 7h30 a 10h30 sous peine d'amandes.

Weekend a Torino

Ottima posizione, a due passi dal centro. Contesto molto tranquillo, con un tavolino nel cortile interno. Arredamento carino e casa spaziosa.

Qualche piccola miglioria, in particolare manutenzione in bagno, renderebbe più piacevole il soggiorno. In casa c'era molta umidità, però soggiornando una sola notte non abbiamo provato a migliorare la cosa con l'uso dei condizionatori.

Mieszkanie duże i przestronne, w centrum, ciche i spokojne. Dobrze zlokalizowane względem komunikacji.

Do mieszkania nie wpada światło słoneczne, utrzymuje się wilgoć co skutkuje odczuwaniu stęchlizny, powstawaniu grzyba na ścianach, ręczniki po kąpieli śmierdzą i nie schną, a pościel miała nieprzyjemny zapach. Kanapa na pewno nie nadaje się do spania, dawno powinna być wymieniona, niewygodna z wbijającymi się sprężynami.

Très bien pour une famille nombreuse, cuisine fonctionnelle, assez grand et tout de même abordable au niveau du prix, calme malgré la situation en centre ville.
