We were moved to a different apartment to the one shown on the listing but it ended up being much more convenient for us as it was a two minute walk from Kappa festival. The staff are really helpful!
The apartment we were moved to didn’t have a functioning fridge or any hot water but it was okay for just a few days.

A brand new apartment (some works still visible), with absolutely new equipment and in a very good shape.
We were expected by a host and we received detailed instructions.
Probably because the apartment is new, there was a lot of equipment but it seems with really idea what people may need (like for example two pair of scissors, but nothing to open a bottle of wine, we bought and left). It is necessary also to install some towel's hanger in the bathroom.
What we complain is that it was very cold and rainily during our stay in Torino, even it was May. We requested to increase heating in the room just for one hour in the evening to dry cloths, but we were ignored, so for me it is lack of empathy.
