Spacious, clean, and friendly. Has a washing machine, dish washer, microwave, air conditioning, dishes, pots and pan. Carrefour Express is within a few minutes walking for groceries. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. Food orders can be received by the reception on behalf of customers. Would definitely come back on my next visit!

The apartment is spacious with good size bedroom and sitting room. Condition is very basic. It's next to a busy road and train lines, so it's quite noisy as you can hear the trams all the time.

The service was excellent. The receptionists went above and beyond to make our stay pleasant. The hotel had roofers working Saturday morning from 7:30am to 6:30pm. We had a big skylight on our bathroom. We could not take a shower all day. We woke up early because of the noise and couldn’t take a nap in the afternoon either. There were tricks we had to learn the hard way or never at all. The hair dryer only works when the bathroom lights are on, the tv had tricks too, but we gave up watching. The decoration is from the 70s and that could be a good thing for some but not for others. We liked it.

We were given a flat at the side overlooking the street. We could not sleep -as if we were homeless sleeping at the tram stop (tram went by all night long). The matress was too hard & the pillow even harder, like a stone. Very low quality. The flat was big but ugly (shabby furniture). No sound isolation whatsoever, could hear everyone & everything happening at the corridor (on top of outside). We then moved to a ground floor flat that was extremely dark & dirty (stains on the floor). The person sleeping at the sofa-bed (that was broken, not flat cos mechanism was broken) woke up with accute back pain in the middle of the night & could not sleep afterwards. No TV was working in any of the 2 flats. WiFi was not working properly in the 2nd flat. When asked to stay 1 hour later than 11am (check out time) the last day, the manager told us we'd have to...pay!!! After they got more than 500€ for a couple of days of horrible accommodation! The audacity! Honestly, this is a rip-off!!! Avoid this hotel & its money-hungry manager at all costs! Plenty of other good hotels nearby that are not more expensive...

Roomy, great shower, excellent towels, nice communal private area for leasure and a smoke. Good English TV channels for Italy. Ceiling a bit low for tall people approaching 2 meters like me. Great service. The front desk help of Carlita, Gabriel and Stan were very attentive.

The check in was quick and efficient, and there is a nice courtyard to sit in outside reception. Parking was easy with spaces reserved for the hotel outside and it was free for the weekend (if you manage to get a space!). We stayed in a studio room (number 12) and it was lovely, the air conditioning was great, comfortable bed and sofa and lots of kitchen amenities. We would stay here again, great value for money and friendly staff. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the historical centre, and across from the train station so very handy for moving around Turin!

With so many room style I suspect your exp will be subjective to the room style. I had a "suite". I quite liked it. The view from the balcony of the train station, trains plus street was a highlight of the stay. AC and everything else worked great. Room bathroom was huge for just one person. The person who checked me in also gave me a great pizza resto recommendation. Only oddball thing was the kitchen had zero utensils. Kind of pointless to have a kitchen without utensils...? Also enjoyed the neighbourhood just behind the hotel. Not touristy and nice/safe slice of Torino life.

Lovely property. Stayed in a spacious studio apartment with washing machine and other nice amenities. Large bathroom with great tub. Across the street from Porto Nuovo train station. Easy to find and walk to main attractions...walk straight down the sidewalk for a couple of miles through interesting city streets to find the cathedral with the Shroud of Turin.

Free parking is not really FREE, they charge €15 per night to park in their courtyard. The free parking as advertised is on the street so in reality they are not offering free parking.

Good location, but the homeless are nearby. Parking is conveniently right up front. Walking distance to Egypt Museum. Gated entrance with office and main doors inside the gated courtyard. Small kitchen with utensils and stuff. So cute. Courtyard is pretty at ground level but not so much when viewing from your window. Staff was as friendly as you could ever expect. Wonderful people and very helpful. All spoke English.

Our stay was pleasant, so relaxing because of the confortable bed, spacious room. We were able to cook food we wanted to eat. I like the bathtub with jacuzzi. What is not good to see is the soroundings. The location is far from the city center.

Such a comfortable place. Kind staff helped me print out a ticket I had to have, located the bus and train schedule and I appreciated his assistance. Memory foam beds. Basic kitchen equipment. Tiny drinking glasses. Stop at the nearby market if you’ll be there for a while and want more. Frudge, stove, dishwasher, tub, washing machine. You will need to buy or bring your own shampoo, conditioner and soap if you want something other than an extremely basic tiny bar. Excellent stay and value for the money. No breakfast. A little bonus of 3 coffee pods (70 cents each more), a few teabags and dry crackers in plastic. If you like having breakfast, shampoo, conditioner, more, face Residence and to the left down the block is a market. I forgot to put my housekeeping sign out for three days and when I asked about it at the front desk he reminded me to put the sign out the night before or in the morning. By mid afternoon it’s too late. Overall, while it is not a great area for me, I recommend it as a safe, spacious, convenient for transport option. If you want a very quiet room, ask for one facing the courtyard. The area is not too attractive but it’s good for public transportation.

Great location, just 7 min walking from Porta Nuova station, very quiet area. Open plan apartment with washing machine, kitchen, refrigerator, large living room, bathroom quite spacious. Very friendly staff, great privacy. Very comfortable especially for long stays, as it has the basic comforts of a house. Tvs, one in the room and another in the living room. Central heating and also own air conditioning. Excellent wi-fi.

Walked out of Turin Central Train station, turned left, and walked in under 10 min to Residence Sacchi (had to cross the street). Buzzed to get into inner coutyard where tall bamboo plants and a welcoming outdoor sitting area awaited. Very helpful reception - hassle free. Showed me to my clean apt. Felt safe. Checkput was hassle free and the let me leave my luggage for a few hours, and charge my phone when I came back to pick up. Even offered me coffee following my checkout. Lovely place with character. Apt had everything I needed and shuttered windows lookong onto Via Sacchi.

Great location - 10 minutes walking distance to Via Roma, airport shuttle bus stop nearby at station Portan Nuova. Hands reach to the supermarket and local food market. Friendly and helpful staff will anwer any question or query with no hesitation. Daily cleaning along with daily fresh bed sheets. Cozy and comfortable suite. It has everything you need to feel like home! Highly recommended, will definately stay again, when back in Turin.

The surrounding area of Residence Sacchi gives one the impression of the hotel being located in a very "dead" part of town. However, once in our upgraded apartment, we were quite comfortable and quickly forgot about the surrounding area. There are some very nice restaurants within about 3 to 10 minutes walking distance from the hotel. There is also a mini super market very close by. The hotel was not all that helpful, when it came to going sightseeing. The staff, kept telling us to go and check things out on the internet. They did not even know where to go to get on the Hop-on, Hop-off bus!! Having said that, they were all very friendly and tried their best! The apartment we stayed in was very spacious, and had great cooking facilities. Great place to stay!!

Studio - room 51 top floor. Small kitchenette with micro/grill and hobs. Good air conditioning. Lifts to top floor. 4 stairs to dressing room and bathroom. Very clean and comfortable beds. Slept very well. Small market and small supermarket nearby or better to buy in giant central market. 10 mins to Porto Nuova station and metro from there to Porta Susa/airport. 15 min walk to main siteseeing area and city centre shops. We walked everywhere but public transport esp trams and metro easy to work out. Try circular number historic 7 Tram on Saturdays for siteseeing too as well as usual bus top tours. Good information from GTT office at Porto Nuova on public transport.
