Appartamento centralissimo e con ottimo rapporto prezzo qualità. Molto silenzioso di notte. Letti (sia il letto matrimoniale che il divano letto) discretamente confortevoli
Si tratta di un sottotetto adattato a mini appartamento. Va bene per passarci due notti con la famiglia ma io non ci vivrei neppure da solo. Nella "zona giorno" c'è un pianoforte che non ha motivo di esistere e occupa spazio inutilmente. Nel complesso (arredi, rivestimenti e serramenti) avrebbe bisogno di quella che in gergo non tecnico si chiama una "salutare rinfrescata".

Sehr gute Lage, aber im "ZTL" (Werkstage 07:30 bis 10:30 Uhr kein Autozufahrt möglich) Voll ausgestattet mit Teller, Pfannen, Kaffeemaschine etc, sogar Spülmaschine
Einigen Sachen (z.B. Fernseher) kaputt oder nicht gepflegt (z.B. Waschbeckenablauf tropft, Wasserhahn bewegt sich etc.) Sehr starke Zigarettengeruch im Flur Abgeschlossene Tür im Flur vor der Eingang in der Wohnung --> Was passiert im Brandfall?
