Great place for a couple visiting Turin.

Super friendly and helpful welcome to the property, and Turin. The apartment is as described very cute once you get over the 3 keys to get into the complex. Fully equipped kitchen, and very clean. Comfy main bedroom but the spare sofa bed is the inly downside, not very comfy, bit the room is lovely. Superb location, excellent restaurants within walk distance and everything else including a taxi rank and main attractions are close by.

Perfect location - tram is next to the door, near is great local market (does not work everyday though), shopping street and a lot of caffees around the corner. You can walk to center by foot on few minutes. The owner is really nice and helpfull, shared some advices about places we asked. Apartment is pacious, beds are ok, kittchen has everyyhing you need, all is clean and tidy. Apartment itself is really nice and you can easily feel that you live in old town!

Very spillery floors in the bathroom so you should be extra careful. Sounds of tramways are easily heard in the morning.

Exceptionally central location. Extremely nice and helpful guest. Friendly atmosphere. Spotlessly clean, and little welcome details (such as coffee, Easter eggs, sugar, salt, olive oil, teas) added to the warm welcome.

A little noisy when the tram passed, but no big deal. Completely worth it for such a conveniently place location. We'd absolutely choose this place again.

Struttura posizionata in un punto strategico,raggiungibile comodamente a piedi dalla stazione e vicino ai luoghi da visitare. Ottima pulizia.

In una camera da letto mancavano gli scuri alle finestre,nonostante le imposte,questo non permetteva la completa oscurità della stanza.

Per me non è stato un problema ma giusto per info manca microonde/forno, è presente comunque piano cottura per cucinare con tutto il necessario. Le pareti sono sottili se vi trovate dei vicini casinisti che non rispettano gli orari di silenzio potrebbe essere fonte di disagio.

Eleganza e professionalità nel cuore di Torino: esperienza indimenticabile

Struttura molto confortevole con perfetta ubicazione in pieno centro. La fermata del tram 4, che ci occorreva per raggiungere le ATP Finals, è praticamente sotto casa e arriva direttamente a destinazione in 20 minuti circa. La posizione del bellissimo immobile è ideale per girare anche a piedi il centro di Torino, con le sue vie eleganti e sfarzose e i suoi tanti ristoranti tipici. Martina gestisce gli ospiti con grande professionalità e gentilezza, rendendosi sempre disponibile anche in orari scomodi (il nostro aereo è arrivato a notte fonda per un disguido).

OK, qualche costo nascosto sul check-in dopo le 20:00

La struttura é molto centrale. C’è una macchinetta del caffè. Non abbiamo percepito il rumore come indicato in altre recensioni.

Il divano letto é piccolo per due persone. Perché non mettere direttamente un letto a questo punto in quella stanza? La proprietaria ci ha chiesto 20€ per un check-in dopo le 20. Nulla di ciò é indicato nella descrizione. Secondo lei nella versione in italiano é indicato, mentre quella in inglese no. Allego la descrizione Ad ogni modo, dopo aver pagato circa 500€ per 4 notti, mi sembra una caduta di stile chiedere 20€ per il check-in. Saremmo stati disponibili a chiudere un occhio su questa sbavatura (e anche a livello di recensione avrei potuto far finta di nulla, nonostante il fastidio) tuttavia la proprietaria rivendica tale somma dicendo sia indicato nella versione in italiano, sostenendo che non si possa mettere il box per le chiavi all’ingresso e che abita lontano. La tassa di soggiorno si aggiunge ai costi (comprensibile) e ci é stato detto che l’ha pagata in anticipo rimettendoci 8€ dato che due persone sono state due notti e quattro persone le altre due notti. Non so quanto sia realistico. Con Booking non si può specificare questa informazione e al momento del check-in ci é effettivamente sfuggito di informare la proprietaria. Insomma, quello che abbiamo percepito era un po’ di avidità: dopo aver pagato 550€ anche i 20€ di extra costi per i check-in forse fa parte del lavoro per chi gestisce un appartamento…

Parfait pour visiter Turin à pied ! La literie est bonne et les chambres spacieuses. L’hôte Marina est très sympathique.

Bruyant à cause du tram qui passe juste en dessous de la fenêtre de l’une des chambres. Le bain à remous qui ne fonctionne plus.

Il bagno troppo sacrificato soprattutto il water incastrato tra la doccia e il lavandino. Le guarnizioni della doccia sarebbero da sostituire. Gli infissi non sono adatti a sopperire il rumore del tram che circola fino a tarda notte A parte le cialde del caffè non c'era nulla per la colazione.
