Wasn’t exactly what I expected

It’s easy to access and was kept clean when I moved in.

There wasn’t anyone to clean the place all through my stay. And there wasn’t thing I could even use to clean it on my own. The room I saw on the photo when I booked wasn’t the apartment I was given. And the heating in the sitting lounge was not heating

Comfortable stay and would stay there again.

Host helped out when I could not access booking.com to get into the apartment. Once that happened, it was easy to get in. It was a clean and comfortable stay, just enough room for my family. Safe location. Was able to park our vehicle close with no problem. Walking distance to restaurants and downtown.

Great place

The loft felt new and well maintained. Away from the city centre, so very calm. Awesome private pateo. Very clean. Great sofa bed that becomes a proper bed. Spacious for a family.

Lack of some utensils in the kitchen, could do with an extra arm chair at the second bed loft, and/or near the sofa bed.

A fantastic Place near Supermarkt and public transport. fantastic!

The place is brand new and fantastic. I the flats are simply fantastic, digital, nice and really really really well equipied. My family had a fantastic time at this place. Its near a supermark, public transport and you can freely park on street near the flat. the beds are really confortable and apartment is fantastic. Our comunication with host was easy, quick and nice.

Exceptional

We had an amazing stay in Bene39. Guilia has been wonderful and accommodating. The option for self check-in was convenient, especially for a family with a baby who needs to stop a lot during the travel (we were not sure what time we'll arrive). The location was perfect and the minimalistic, beautiful loft unit makes you feel at home. It had everything we needed and a lot more extras - it gave us the feeling that the staff are really thoughtful and intentional in giving us the most comfortable stay possible. There's also free (street parkinf), and it's really close to the must-see places. We didn't expect to like Turin a lot, but we now do. One of the reasons is definitely this accommodation. We are already talking about coming back to Turin and hopefully booking Bene39 again.

Very modern, clean, has all kitchen amenities, and spacious. Self-check in was easy and location is 20min walk to the centre but you can use the bus.

Beautiful apartment

Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with plenty of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The apartment had everything we needed. About 30 minutes walk/ 10 minutes tram ride from the central area of Turin. Would definitely stay here again.

BENE39=PESSIMO SOGGIORNO !!!!

Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi all'interno dell'appartamento. a partire dai tasti delle luci che funzionavano una volta si e dieci no alle pulizie scadenti .il giudizio peggiore riguarda la società che gestisce gli appartamenti. non è intervenuta in nessun modo lasciandoci il 31 sera con il piano ad induzione in blocco e praticamente dicendoci : Non posso fare nulla !!! praticamente sono stati ca...i nostri !!!! Vergognoso !!! Ci siamo arrangiati con quello che avevamo di freddo in casa e siamo dovuti a prendere da mangiare fuori a spese nostre. La pulizia dell'appartamento era a dir poco indecente . Siamo usciti il giorno 30 al mattino per visitare Torino e al ritorno sembrava non fosse passato nessuno a pulire lasciando tutto come avevamo lasciato . Non appena abbiamo constatato che la situazione a casa era come l'avevamo lasciata al mattino abbiamo chiamato chiedendo spiegazioni e, la persona indisponente che rappresenta la società ci ha detto che a lui risultava che fossero passati inviandoci un video di una signora che passa il dito sui comodini ma non era quello il problema, il problema come ho già scritto stava in generale nella pulizia del bagno e in generale nei pavimenti ma la cosa che ci ha lasciati più perplessi e che NON HANNO CREDUTO A NOI CLIENTI MA ALL' AGENZIA CHE FA LE PULIZIE. ( Questo fa capire che se soggiornate qui e avete un problema state certi che saranno solo affari vostri )Abbiamo trovato un calzino sotto il letto pieno di polvere ancora dal precedente soggiorno o forse ancora prima , il bagno sporchissimo e anche i pavimenti. siamo rimasti per l'intero soggiorno senza carta igienica .Abbiamo chiesto un rimborso parziale per il disagio ma non ci è stato concesso. Abbiamo pagato oltre 1700 euro e ci siamo trovati davvero male.

Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et emplacement idéal dans un quartier calme et proche des transports en commun pour aller au centre ville de Turin.

L’accès à la salle de bain et à l’une des chambre se trouve sous un escalier en métal non protégé. Risque de se cogner la tête surtout la nuit dans l’obscurité. Une protection des marches au niveau des angles serait plus sécuritaire.

Bello l'appartamento, chiedete di aspirare sotto divani e letti e che prendano una stufetta in bagno

E' stato molto semplice entrare e la camera è molto silenziosa. Bello anche che sia grande il soggiorno/cucina e che ci sia uno spazio esterno. Bello anche che sia abbastanza nuovo , si vede . c'è spazio negli armadi.

Era piuttosto freddo e segnava 19 gradi in bagno. Non si può accendere nessun riscaldamento per ordinanza, ma in bagno ci vuole una stufetta proprio per queste situazioni, invece c'era solo il phon, ho usato quello per scaldarmi un po'. Con la porta del bagno aperta e quindi l'aria che usciva è stata sufficiente a far muovere tutti i capelli e polvere sui pavimenti... io e mio marito abbiamo i capelli corti... in appartamento c'eran capelli lungi e polvere , si insomma, diciamo che per oltre 140€ per una notte ci siamo rimasti un po' male.

Immer wieder gerne noch mal

Top unkompliziert, dadurch quasi auch die Anreise jederzeit möglich, da Haustür und Zimmer sich mit Code öffnen lassen. Großer Gefrierschrank mit drei Fächern zusätzlich zum Kühlschrank falls jemand das braucht. Kaffeemaschine Geschirrspüler alles vorhanden. Unser Hund und wir fühlten uns sehr willkommen und wohl. Optimal für einen tollen Aufenthalt in Turin. Direkt nah am Po gelegen kann man alles gut erreichen von dort aus.

Appartamento molto confortevole e dotato di tutto il necessario. Zona tranquilla, a due passi da un piccolo supermercato. Facilità di parcheggio.

Ho avuto qualche difficoltà a spegnere l’aria condizionata, suggerirei di lasciare delle istruzioni per regolarla. Poche prese elettriche.
