Enjoy Torino City Center, 2 ROOMS

Excellent communication throughout, Simple no contact registration and access. The location is perfect: close to the railway station, and right in the heart of the city. The apartment is light, was heated, the bedding was very comfortable, and the kitchen well equipped. The little details were good too: recommendations for eating, umbrellas, and an extra set of keys

The location is excellent and the apartment was very clean.

The check in process would have been much more smooth sailing if a representative had come to greet us upon arrival. We were asked to send photos with identification documents before arriving for check-in purposes, and we were asked to send another selfie when we arrived at the apartment. We understand that everyone has their check-in policies and we obviously complied, but the second verification could have been handled better. It’s also good to know that the noise from the street was quite loud as the windows do not have sound proofing.

La posizione è imbattibile, e la grandezza dell’appartamento perfettamente compatibile con l’esigenza di un gruppo di 4 adulti e una bambina.

Non abbiamo avuto alcun tipo di interazione con lo staff, solo via messaggio. All’arrivo il portone interno non si apriva e se non fosse stato per la presenza di una portinaia nel palazzo non so quanto avremmo dovuto attendere. Abbiamo richiesto di avere a disposizione tutti e tre i letti e il costo biancheria per il 3o è stato a parte (25€), non una cifra esorbitante, ma il lenzuolo era direttamente sopra ai cuscini del divano, sarebbe stato necessario porre almeno un copri materasso.
