Great location and plenty of romm for a larger family

Location was great. Great place to walk from to the local attractions and lots of fabulous restaurants nearby. The host was very accomadating to our arrival and checkout times.

The bedrooms were quite warm during summer

nice apartment

apartment was very cosy and clean and had everything you need. Lorenzo offered to buy us some groceries for breakfast as we arrived late and shops were closed. metro stop is 1 min by walk or centre is 25mins on foot. would definitely recommend

genial para un grupo. Tiene lo necesario y estaba todo muy limpio. Lorenzo nos hizo el check in y muy atento y simpatico.

No me parece correcto tener que pagar un extra de 12€ por servicio de sabanas y toallas, deberia ir incluido ya!

Delusi dall’agenzia che gestisce le prenotazioni!

La posizione

La casa nel complesso era buona, anche se non perfetta: il livello di pulizia poteva essere migliore e il parquet scricchiolava davvero tanto, al punto che ogni volta che qualcuno si alzava per andare in bagno durante la notte svegliava tutti. La valutazione così bassa però non dipende tanto dall’appartamento e dal ragazzo che gestisce la struttura, quanto dall’esperienza estremamente negativa avuta con l’agenzia che gestisce le prenotazioni. Non sono stati minimamente disponibili nei nostri confronti. Abbiamo prenotato l’appartamento con più di un anno di anticipo perché su Booking veniva mostrato solo il mese e non l’anno: appena ricevuta l’email di conferma ci siamo accorti che la prenotazione era stata fatta per l’anno successivo e abbiamo contattato immediatamente la struttura per cancellare il soggiorno. Nonostante Booking stesso ci abbia confermato che avevamo pienamente ragione, l’agenzia si è rifiutata di aiutarci in qualsiasi modo. L’agenzia ci ha rifiutato per ben due volte la richiesta di cancellazione, nonostante fosse fatta con oltre un anno di anticipo e quindi senza arrecare alcun danno o disagio alla struttura. Non hanno voluto sentire ragioni e ci hanno costretti a tornare un anno dopo pur di non perdere l’intera somma già pagata. Una gestione davvero poco professionale da parte dell’agenzia

meraviglioso e confortevole

Alloggio molto pulito e accogliente e veramente spazioso e luminoso, la posizione è vicino al centro ma lontano dalla confusione. Gentilezza e disponibilità del gestore dell'alloggio e la disponibilità dil venire incontro al esigenza di check-in anticipato sono stati molto apprezzati da parte nostra . Inoltre, i letti sono molto buoni e biancheria pulitissima. Non abbiamo avuto il modo di utilizzare la cucina tranne che per un caffè, ma l'attrezzatura della cucina è veramente completa. Inoltre trovare caffe, zucchero, sale e olio è ottimo soprattutto per soggiorni brevi come il nostro. Il parcheggio in strada si trova senza molta difficoltata (a pagamento, ma a Torino sono tutti a pagamenti). Non posso che ringraziare per il piacevole soggiorno.

La ubicación, la amplitud y su limpieza. Lorenzo también ha sido muy amable.

Que cobren adicionalmente por las sábanas y las toallas. Nos ha parecido algo increíble y ridículo pues indican que es un “opcional” cuando nadie viaja con la ropa de cama! Un consejo: añadan el alquiler al precio inicial si lo desean pero no alquilen las sábanas, pues es un detalle muy feo.

Ottimo rapporto comodità prezzo

Casa molto grande ed accogliente, dotata di tutti i comfort. Ci abbiamo dormito comodamente in 8 (4 adulti e 4 bambini). Avere 2 bagni a disposizione è stato molto comodo. Distante 1 km da Piazza castello. 4 min a piedi dalle stazione di Porta Susa. L’host Lorenzo è stato molto gentile e disponibile.

Se devo trovare qualcosa di negativo, includerei la biancheria nel prezzo e qualche kit saponi/bagnoschiuma.

Todo estaba según las fotos, el anfitrión un 10. Es un apartamento muy acogedor, bien situado y con todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días fantásticos.

Appartamento superfunzionale a pochi passi dal magnifico centro città

Posizione eccellente, subito fuori alla ZTL del centro. Parcheggio a pagamento al coperto a 30m circa (si paga anche col Telepass). Host gentile e super disponibile. Appartamento al 3 piano con ascensore: atrio spazioso, 1 camera matrimoniale con bagno privato (doccia, no bidet), 2 camera (2 letti singoli+1 letto a castello), bagno (lavatrice), sala ampia con divano letto all'occorrenza, cucina funzionale dotata di tutto (lavastoviglie).

Da migliorare non c'è praticamente nulla, come consiglio personale includerei il prezzo per gli asciugamani già nell'affitto e non a parte.
