It was too small and it was shared apartment with 3 other rooms NOT a studio apartment The extra beds are for children not adults

It was fresh and clean and close to the rail station. The tram and bus stop is only a 2 minute walk if you decide you want to travel further out, otherwise it’s a 20-30 minute wander into the centre.

The address in booking.com is off. It makes it a little harder to find.

Excellent apartment in a great safe location close to everything.

Beautiful boutique apartment with almost everything you need for a comfortable short or longer term stay. We had the “Martini” room. The courtyard was private, serene and has all the outdoor furniture required to just stay and relax in the courtyard. Bed was very comfortable with great quality pillows. Most of all Silvia the host was super attentive to everything and checked up on us to ensure our stay was comfortable. She provided all the insight we needed for restaurants and check in process was superb. 7 min walk from Porta Susa train station. Excellent Host with excellent property.

Didn’t have a toaster but that’s really our fault as it was never listed on the profile of the property. After mentioning this to Silvia, she offered to provide one straight away but we were only there 2 days so didn’t want to inconvenience her. So really this isn’t a negative at all.

Stylish studio for high comfort stay in excellent location

Wonderful host with excellent communications from start to finish of my short stay. Extremely comfortable studio with brand new kitchen and bathroom well-equipped. Best bed on my long journey so far. And handy location for major transport connections (walkable) and within city centre. Lots of local cafes and restaurants a few minutes away on foot. Host offered to book me a restaurant as I arrived after 9pm. Osteria del Frate (Via Carlo Boucheron, 11, 10100 Torino TO,) offered a five course Piedmontese menu, which seemed a bargain after Iceland.

The apartment was spacious, clean, modern and equipped with a large terrace. It is in the centre of Torino, with plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. The host was very helpful, accomodating and made sure check-in and check-out went smoothly.

COuldn't get the air conditioning to work but it wasn't a big deal so didn't bother to ask the owner - if we had I'm sure she would have sorted it for us as she was very helpful.

Extremely convenient for Porta Susa station and yet in a quiet, pleasant part of town. Lots to do and see nearby. Great coffee, microwave available for simple meals. A very responsive host. We had stayed in the apartment a couple of weeks beforehand and mentioned in our review that a kettle would be nice. By the time we got back Silvia had installed kettles in every room! She also went out of her way to provide us with a lovely breakfast. Really good bathroom and shower. Comfy bed

Very good

We chose this because of its proximity to the Porta Susa station, for a one night stay between trains. And it was really close. We were a little nervous that this might mean a noisy area, but it was lovely and quiet, a residential area with nice restaurants nearby. Communication with the owner was excellent throughout. He gives you access remotely, but that worked fine. The room was clean, with good shower, and very practical for the purposes of a one night stop. There's a microwave and fridge, and some eating utensils so making yourself a light meal is practical. The coffee is from a machine in the room which makes a very good cup, according to my partner. If you're thinking of staying for a longer visit, then consider upgrading to the Martini room, which has what looks like a lovely terrace. The butterfly room, that we were in, is fine for an overnight.

As a tea drinker myself, a kettle would have been really nice. The only reason we didn't give this a 10, is because the facilities clearly list breakfast in the room. Breakfast turns out to be a cup of coffee. We booked this a few months ago, and I'm pretty sure one of the reasons we chose TRNAPT was because it listed breakfast as included.

Fantastic location, clean and spacious.

Great space, very comfortable beds and very clean. Location is absolutely perfect, right in the city center. Plenty of sights to see and great food all walking distance. Easy to find and it is on the 1st floor, so it's great not to have many stairs to climb. There is also an elevator. Very friendly staff and quick communication. Would highly recommend!

Perhaps this was because it was winter, but the only thing we wished was a little better is the hot water for the showers. Water did not stay warm enough for two people taking 10 minute showers each.

Good location close to Porta Susa and also the city center. Good value for money. Very friendly host! Extremely comfortable bed! The room is part of an adapted apartment but check-in was without any problems and the room was cozy and clean!
