Please note that we only rent to families, not groups.

New construction building with swimming pool for adults and children, children's area, parking space, paddle tennis court, air conditioning throughout the house, large glazed terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the city. Building with a family atmosphere without drunken tourism.
Large kitchen equipped with everything you need. We do not use gas.
New mattresses
Located on the 17th floor, there are three elevators.
We attend you personally on arrival, our contact is 0034 665516064, we have Whatsap.
The electricity costs are not included in the long stays or if you use the air conditioning, the price per Kw is 0.40 Cts., there is a counter in the house.
Breakage deposit: 300 Euros to pay in cash at the arrival
We have very low price offers for stays of several months in low season, request a budget.
