Comfortable and homey

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment was 5 min walk from the beach and we could also walk to old town, very convenient location. The apartment provided everything we needed for our stay and was very clean and homey. Definitely recommend!!

They were always there for us, supporting us whenever we needed anything, and took care of everything with so much warmth and generosity. The apartment was very clean and well-maintained — you can tell they care deeply about their guests. A very special thank you goes to Lina. We were so lucky to have chosen this place! Lena was the nicest host, always available to help and accommodate our needs. Our room was amazing, very spacious, with a big balcony, a modern bathroom, and all the extra commodities we could need! Location wise, 5min from a local beach, and if you wish you can just walk to the old town (as we did)!

I saw ants inside. It’s possible due to the room Being on the ground floor. Furthermore, the room is situated right next to the roaf where cars and motorbikes are passing and in close proximity to a church, so the church bells are ringing. Best if you wear noise cancelling headphones on top of earplugs.

It was good

The property was clean, and the shower was fantastic, offering a refreshing experience. It's convenient location, just a short distance from the beach, made our stay even more enjoyable. Additionally, the free parking was a great perk for those traveling by car.

There was no kitchen, which was inconvenient. Additionally, reaching the old town required taking a bus, and the stop was quite far, making transportation less convenient.

Great clean apartments if you're after a cheap stay

Cheap and cheerful right next to the beach and a 15/20 walk to the old town. There are a few shops nearby and a sandwich place and bakery which are lovely. If you want to get a bus anywhere in Dubrovnik there is a stop right by the apartments. If you are just looking for a place to sleep like us this is a perfect booking, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

The apartment entrance was on a main road which is something we weren't used to. However the area is very safe so we soon got used to it.

The location is ideal next to the beautiful beach, supermarket & walking distance to the Old Town. I had a lovely start in Dubrovnik as I checked in, I had a very warm welcome from the son's owner who provided me such helpful information about the place and welcome me with a red wine, homemade rum & juice. The owner are kind & sweet.

Very good stay

The property is close to the beach and not far from the old town (20 mins by foot/good communication by bus). Very welcoming and pleasant host. Good facilities in the property, basically everything (and even more) than we needed. Beach, bakery, shop and burgers - all nearby. The room was clean, we had everything needed and the host was very kind. Good value for the money and a very good stay overall.

The only minus is the property is located near the road and a church, which can create some extra noise in the evening and in the morning. That noise didn’t bother us much however can be uncomfortable for some guests. The property was very good for us since we didn’t spend too much time inside, rather walking around the city or laying on the beach.

Our host was super friendly. He told us all about the City and he left juice and wine in the frige for us. The unit was very clean, comfy and well stocked. Great location about 5 min to the beach and 15-20 min to old city. FREE Parking.

So nice

The room was new, very clean, it had fridge, cutlery, coffee, AC, even the washing machine! We got a welcome juice when we arrived and also there was a juice waiting for us in the fridge, as well as the homemade wine, which we find very nice. The owners were very nice and helpful - even though the owner didn't speak English very well, he was so good to us, gave us tips for Dubrovnik etc. His son was also very helpful when we needed any more detailed help with something. We felt really taken care of. Adding to that, this place is around 5mins walking from the beach and 20mins walking from the old town (and you don't need to climb a lot of stairs back).

The room entrance was basically from the street, so no view from it etc. (But despite this everything was great, it was quite in the night and you can use the common terrace)

Belle petite chambre confortable...environ 2 km 500 du centre avec une remontée pour revenir.. Très bonne interlocution avec les représentants des lieux..

Dommage que le parking soit petit un peu galère avec les autres voitures. Ensuite il y aurait pu avoir des sticks de café pour le matin ! la bouilloire c'est bien mais sans café c'est pas top !

Que tiene aparcamiento

Todo parecía perfecto, nos dejaron entrar 2 horas antes a la habitación, hasta que entramos y nos dimos cuenta de que no tenía nada que ver con las fotos de la reserva. Te indica que reservas una habitación con terraza y utensilios de cocina (tostador) y no es real porque no tiene ni cocina, ni tostador, ni cubiertos. Sólo dos cucharillas y dos vasos que la última vez que los limpiaron fue en la época de ataPUERCA. Llamamos al chico, que en principio era muy agradable, para comentarle que no era nuestra reserva y nos habló de manera muy maleducada y nos colgó el teléfono con chulería. Las sábanas tenían pelos y llenas de bolas, la habitación tenía un olor a humedad insoportable, las cortinas no cerraban. Se trata de una cochera convertida en habitación. Estás en plena carretera con ruidos. El frigorífico estaba asqueroso. A última hora del día, se conoce que el chico se dio cuenta de su chulería y nos ofreció su casa gratis por su algún día volvemos a dubrovnik, obviamente para que no pusiéramos malas críticas. En conclusión: NADA RECOMENDABLE

la description claire de la situation du logement qui se trouve directement sur une route très passante et bruyante. Il y a amalgame entre 2 logements qui n'ont rien à voir mais qui sont dans la même résidence !! Vous ne pouvez pas mentionner la présence d'une terrasse ... qui se trouve en fait non attenante à la chambre, sur le côté de la maison,sur une zone de passage alors que tout laisse à penser que c'est une terrasse privative Chambre qui ne donne que sur la rue (comme un garage aménagé), un peu encaissée. impossibilité d'ouvrir pour aérer, à moins d'aimer les odeurs de pots d'échappement ...

Zeer fraai appartement, mooi, schoon en nieuw en een zeer vriendelijke eigenaar, Ogi. Bovendien een parkeerplaats incl. Noodzakelijk in Dubrovnik.

Ottima posizione, pulito e non manca nulla

Struttura molto confortevole e la posizione merita, massimo 15 minuti a piedi da Dubrovnik vecchia. Ben curata, letto comodo, con tutto quel che serve per un soggiorno piacevole. Arredamento nuovo e di buon gusto. La terrazza è molto piacevole e confinante con l’appartamento accanto.

Es war muffig und laut. Eher eine Garage als ein Zimmer auch wenn es nur für eine Nacht war, war es für uns unzumutbar.
