Lovely family owned apartment, so helpful and very friendly. Nice restaurants nearby and close to bus stop for old town. Supermarket close by. Within walking distance of Graz harbour and not too far to walk to old town.

The location in Lapad was perfect for me. I love exploring neighborhoods on foot, and this area made that easy—it was very walkable and had everything I needed close by. For someone like me who enjoys discovering places this way, it was ideal.

I wish there had been something in the room to make a morning coffee—it’s a small touch that makes a big difference. I also understand that most places now rely on digital communication, but I would have appreciated a brief in-person walk-through to feel more comfortable with the property. Maybe that’s just the old-school side of me 😁.

Great stay and great location

Such a beautiful property and so close to the old town that we walked most days! Everything was clean and kept in great condition. and the host was so accommodating to our late arrivals!

The only problem we had was the pillows were a little too soft to sleep on and kept waking up with bad neck pain, but honestly outside of that such a great stay

The location was a bit difficult to find, and the room had very few power sockets. The bed was a little weird, it felt like there was a soft mattress placed on a boxspring.

Only thing was it was hard to check in. I arrived to check in and there was signage to say which door was the main door and no one was around. Eventually I knocked on the right door and the woman who came to the door seemed confused at first but then was helpful enough. It’s also a bit far from most things: 30 min walk to old town and at least 15 min walk to most restaurants. But there was a bus stop right out front that was easy to use and went right to the Old Town

Pleasant stay in Dubrovnik

Nice guest house a few minutes outside of Dubrovnik old town. Friendly hosts and parking available at the property. Local bus stop is 100 metres from the property which gets you to the old town easily in just a few minutes.

Our experience was different than the photos, which give the impression of a terrace with a large garden that we did not have or see at the property. Parking on a very steep hill and challenging to access.

Wonderful stay

The host Atina was wonderful and made us feel welcome 😊 The apartment was spotless, the gardens are beautiful and I had an amazing sleep on the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on! Only problem is that we didn't stay longer. 10/10

A comfortable stay in Dubrovnik!

The room that was given to us was spacious, well-furnished and tidy. The building is around 2 km from the city centre, but the bus passes every 15 minutes. A big plus is surely the parking spot, very hard to find in Dubrovnik.

I think the only “improvement” I would make is to better point the bulding on the road. But besides that, everything else is super okay!

We receive wonderful service, a lot of help in everything we require for our stay and vacation in Dubrovnik generally. The apartment owner is very helpful, patient, helping and answering all questions and really helped us with required information. Always available for help and assistance. Very kind and helping with a smile. She even arrange for as a transfer for the airport, very comfortable and even cheeper then Ubar's taxi. I'm planning to return to Dubrovnik in future and without any depts will stay in Madona apartment and will recommend it for friends. We are very thankful to Anita and Petra for great accommodation, that have a great part of our joying from visiting Dubrovnik

Lovely stay

A wonderfully kind and helpful family that runs this guesthouse. Great suggestions for restaurants and how to avoid tourist traps. Comfortable appartement that was surprisingly spacious. Bathroom was also newly renovated. Bus stop is close and it takes you to the old town every 15minutes.

Perfect stay for your Dubrovnik vacay

Located not far from the beach (only 10 minutes on foot to Bellevue) on Iva Vojnovica street, which is one of main city streets with public transport. Bus stop is 3 minutes away from the property. Old town of Dubrovnik is max 10 minutes by bus and 30 minutes on foot. The place is very quiet, you don’t hear noise from the street. There’s plenty of parking slots, if you have a car. The room I lived in was excellent! Newly renovated, stylish and cozy with large shower and essential stuff like shower gel, shampoo and even after sun balm! The bed was very cozy, there was also a big TV and a welcome gift. The room also features a terrace with a view. The hosts are great people, who take good care of their property and their guests! Highly recommend this place, would be glad to come back again one day

Everything was great, the owner was amazing and very opened to help with anything. Bathroom was amazing, kitchen well supplied, terrace was beautiful. Also, there was a mosquito repellent electric device in the app, so the biggest problem was solved immediately.

To have an additional towel to clean the bathroom after the shower.

Relaxing and friendly

Very peaceful and relaxing stay in clean accommodation. Comfortable bed and lovely terrace. Very friendly staff - we got a free car ride to the ferry port from the host. Thank you!
