The host was very friendly and helped us book our tours. The location is good since there is a bus stop 2 minutes from the accommodation.

Nothing to dislike, apart from having no duvet on the bed just a bed sheet as it got a little cold in the evening being late October would be ok if it was the hotter summer months but there was duvets in the cupboard or you could just turn the heat up on the air conditioner

Alright for a night or two if you plan to be out exploring all day

In walking distance to both Lapad and the old town, private parking though entrance is steep. Easy communication with the host. We didn’t have a key when we arrived but the hosts mom fixed it within seconds.

Air conditioning was placed right above the bed and was extremely loud, so that was a pain in the hot July nights. We were provided with one roll of toilet paper for two nights.

Nice room to rest at night while seeing the sites of Dubrovnik

These room rentals are run by a multi-generational family and everyone was friendly and chatty when I was coming and going from the property. Nice garden and pet turtles to see. My room seemed newly renovated and had a large terrace. Good size shower with decent hot water for one person. Comfy bed and nice bedding. Midway distance between Dubrovnik Old Town and Lapad restaurants and Marina areas. I would recommend this stay for short stays.

Less amenities than I am used to with hotel or apartment stays. It’s between a lot of the major sites, so you need to travel a bit by walking/bus/car to get to nearby sites. Occasional noise from the busy street, construction, dogs, and kids at the property that is worth being aware of.

We loved this place and had a great stay in Dubrovnik

Clean, comfortable, good showers, good air conditioning. Great location- a walk to the beach and not too far to the old city (and a quick Uber or bus from very nearby bus stop if you didn’t want to walk)

Not the easiest to cook in with only 2 hot plates for the cooker and not very many utensils etc

I liked the location as it was quiet with modern furniture and good bus connection into town and the ferries.

The place was a bit difficult to find on day 1, but after a call with the owners daughter I got good directions on how to find the apartment.

Nice place to stay for a city break!

Very close to the old town, nice modern room, comfortable bed, hot water for shower always working, air con good. Small fridge and kettle. Quiet at night, safe location with takeaways and a shop nearby. Used uber always drivers nearby in the location.

Very. The situation is very nice. You can take the bus in front of the house to the old city. It’s only 3 stations. The owner is very nice. He give us the map and recommendations. Thanks for the information.

Ideální na přespání, když jste na skok v Dubrovníku.

Líbila se nám poloha kousek od centra, možnost parkování a dobrá komunikace. Pokoj jsme měli na přespání na jednu noc, takže vybavení bylo dostačující.

Nesouvisí to přímo s ubytováním, ale zde tolikrát vychvalovaná blízkost autobusové zastávky a pohodlná doprava do centra nás zklamala. Čekali jsme na zastávce 45 minut a přijel až třetí spoj, jež měl dorazit. Ten byl ale tak přeplněný, že řidič ani neotevřel dveře. Vydali jsme se do centra tedy hezkou procházkou, ale ztratili jsme zbytečným čekáním čas.
