Comfortable Central and Quiet.

A great location, very quiet ( stayed in October ), commercial location though, shops very close, a bar or 2 nearby but most restaurants and bars a bit of a walk away as is any nightlife, close to the port, ( handy for sea excursions ) great for buses and taxis around. Small fridge in the room much appreciated. Bed very comfortable. TV with local stations and programmes in English sometimes. Only a few satellite channels in English - mostly news ones. I would stay there again and value for money. Reception - office there too. Host very helpful. Very clean accomodation. Air conditioning good. Window is overhead with a blind but natural light. The weather for October was good and ideal for walking, for example to and back from the Old Town, 20-25 minutes.

The steps up are quite a few outdoors but didn't bother me but might for another and at night time though there is some lighting, could be better. A small kettle rather for each room rather than sharing a couple makes more sense.

Staying in Dubrovnik for a few days before moving onwards.

Everything. Warm welcome, easy checkin, perfect location between station & old town. Apartment was clean, simple, bright & elegant, with everything I needed. Shower pressure good & hot, heating rack in bathroom worked beautifully, and quiet surroundings. Also, everything I needed ir wanted in immediate area. Will definitely plan on staying here again. Beds also super comfortable.

Its ok place to stay.

Its good place but outside a lot of stairs to reach a place which rooms are on roof top, no lights outside if dark outside, we used our torch, cleaning should be improved, shower corners around floors must be washed properly, tile near shower broken and missing, sink is blocked

The hosts were very attentive and helpful. The apartment is big, very comfortable, organized, and clean. The location is good, 10 minutes by bus to the historic center. I recommend it!

Perfect stay!

We loved how modern and comfortable the place was! The apartment came with a fully equipped kitchen and a very spacious bathroom. Great location as well, easy to reach old town by public transport. The staff were really caring and responsive, special thanks for arranging to store our luggage at the hotel after we checked out! :D

The apartment is really beautiful, very well equipped, brand new, and everything was spotless clean. We enjoyed our comfort. The building is central but also very quiet. Next time when we are in Dubrovnik, we definitely know where to stay!

Clean and fairly new accommodation

The accommodation was a small but very convenient room for a few nights stay in Dubrovnik. It was very clean and fairly new. The staff were easy to reach and helpful. The walk to the old town was about 20-30 mins, not so easy at first but then you get some good views of the sea while walking!

It was a bit more difficult to find as we arrived later at night, but the staff provided pictures with all the important information. We would like to have some free parking spot outside the accommodation. Nevertheless there is a private parking and other parking spots on the street which we used but we had to pay extra of course.

Great value, good for young solo travelers

Very clean rooms and kind staff, Ivana was especially helpful. Easy to understand AC/central heating/windows. Location is about half an hour walk to the old town and in a quiet, secluded area.

There are several flights of stairs up to the entrance so wouldn’t recommend for those with young kids, mobility issues or a lot of heavy luggage as there’s no other way to access the building.

Just OK

The room was quite clean with good air-conditioner

Firstly, there was no light outside next to the hotel, so coming back late in the evening was quite uncomfortable. Secondly, no toiletries (shampoo, shower gel) are provided. You are given the ones previous guests have used.

Dubrovnik Central Accomodation

Excellent location. First time in Dubrovnik and the good location of the accommodation made everything better. There's a supermarket 2min walk from the accommodation. A bus stop (Vukovarska) 2 min walk if you are coming from the old town. To get to the old town, it's either a 20min walk and enjoy the view or you can take the bus stop on Starcevica 5min walk. There's an app for the bus for those who are new to Dubrovnik. Grutz market is 20min walk away. It's more like a student room. To note: No bathroom amenities and towel didn't get changed during our 4night stay. But otherwise, nothing to complain about.

We enjoyed the clean, quiet space located not too far from Old Town Dubrovnik.

The location was easy to find. It was located close to where we needed to go. It was clean, it was quiet, and the a/c was functioning. The staff was friendly and communication was pleasant before and during our stay.

We didn’t know there wouldn’t be soap/shower gel for the bathroom. We had to go out and buy our own.

Ivana is very kind and explain everything very well. The room is totally new and clean

Into the room, the air is circulated in a conduit via a blower and it makes a lot of noise, we couldn’t sleep even if we bought earplugs

Pleasant

The accomodation was not that far from the city center. Very nice and confortable, clean and nice service. The only thing that made me unconfortable was the constant noise of the extraction system/air conditioning, even if it was turned off. It was really loud all night. The hotel said it was the central system of the building and that there was nothing they could do to turn it off. Besides that, it was a bit strange that the accomodation did not have body wash or shampoo. It didn't ever happen to me because it is something all hotels have at the customers disposal. Found it strange.

Super nice !

Very nice hotel, the room was clean, spacious and very modern. The staff was super nice and helpful. The hotel is well located and it’s possible to reach the city center and a great beach in a short walk.

The entrance can be difficult to find, but they sent pictures to explain how to get there so we found the hotel really quickly.

Friendly staff and great room! The beds were very comfy. The bathroom was a good size with a big shower. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town and 20 minutes from the bus station (in the middle of the two) The location was good as the restaurants in the areas weren’t too expensive!

Not terrible, not wonderful. Quiet place to relax after battling the tourist hordes.

Great bed and linens. Super quiet. Good air con. Great shower. Great heated towel rack.

Almost zero interaction with staff - nobody to ask questions like "Where do I catch the bus," etc. Had to leave key in unlocked room when I left as no one was there. Just a room. Wanted to borrow a spoon to eat a yogurt but I doubt if there was one on the premises. The lack of a window made me feel claustrophobic, but no easy fix for that. Location was very hard to find. It's in a government office building and they're not allowed to put signs up. They sent me a bunch of difficult to understand photographs when a simple map would have been much better. I filled the sink to shave and when I opened the stopper water bubbled up through the floor drain and flooded the floor and so I had to wash my socks too.
