A large double room Air conditioned Good size bathroom Polite and friendly staff Kettle in the communal area to make your own hot drinks
Very unsafe wall electric sockets in the bedroom and the bathroom with exposed electric wires, which can lead to a disaster in the presence of children The shower cubicle is riddled with black mould The management should rectify such problems as a priority and check the condition of their accommodation. I am a landlord myself and my standards are high The property is 45 minutes walk from the old town where all the attractions are. We had to take the bus, €2.5 per person each way

The room was excellent—spacious, very clean, and extremely comfortable. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly throughout my stay. The host was also super friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process easy and pleasant. Overall, the room had everything I needed for a comfortable stay in Dubrovnik.
The location is good, but it is around a 20–25 minute walk from the Old Town. There are also quite a few stairs to reach the property, which may be challenging for guests travelling with heavy luggage. It wasn't a major issue for me, but it's worth being aware of.

Ivana is very kind and explain everything very well. The room is totally new and clean
Into the room, the air is circulated in a conduit via a blower and it makes a lot of noise, we couldn’t sleep even if we bought earplugs
