This modern, barn conversion is in the village of Llanuwchllyn near to Bala in North Wales and can sleep 2 people in 1 bedroom.

Bothi is a lovely, modern barn conversion situated in the village of Llanuwchllyn near to the town of Bala in the Snowdonia National park in North Wales. The cottage can sleep two people in a double bedroom and has a shower room, with a basin and WC. The rest of the cottage is made up of white a fitted kitchen and an area for dining, and a sitting room with TV. To the outside of the cottage is a patio with furniture and off road parking for 2 cars. The area is perfect for keen walkers and cyclists, and the nearby river means that fishing can be organised on prior arrangement from the owner.

Amenities: Underfloor heating throughout. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. TV with Freeview, Blu-ray and DVD player, 4G coverage, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Hot tub. Bike storage on request. Patio with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: Small drop from the patio, care to be taken. Note: Private river fishing (mainly trout) on owner's land can be arranged with owner, free of charge if guests provide own rod licence. Note: This property only accepts adults and babes in arms. The bustling market town of Bala is nearby and lies within the Snowdonia National Park, Bala’s famous lake which is the largest natural lake in Wales. It is renowned as a centre for great watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing.
