A luxury 2 bedroom mobile home situated in the grounds of an old school in the heart of Snowdonia. Perfect for families or a romantic getaway.
Fully insulated with central heating and double glazing, ideal for summer or winter. Everything you need for a perfect holiday, including bed linen, towels, kitchen and bathroom essentials are included in the price
The main bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/DVD player and ensuite toilet. The second bedroom can be set up with twin single beds or a double bed. There is also an iron, ironing board and hair dryer.

A fully equiped kitchen/diner with everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The spacious lounge area has a three piece suite. Patio doors opening on to a large veranda with outdoor furniture. There is a flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of books, DVDs and board games.
A wide selection of maps, guide books and leaflets are available to help you to make the most of your stay.
Outside, there is a large secluded garden surrounded by mature trees. Two separate decked/paved areas with a wide range of garden furniture.
The property has spectacular views of Snowdonia and the Llyn Peninsula. We are located in a peaceful rural location but only 10 minutes from the A55 expressway, Anglesey, and the towns of Bangor and Caernarfon. There is a wide selection of pubs/restaurants close by. One of Wales premier tourist attractions, Greenwood Forest Park, is within walking distance.
We are ideally located for all the attractions that the area has to offer - hill walking, sailing, horse riding, climbing, bike riding, paint balling, adventure sports, fabulous beaches and historic sites.
The area has become the premier UK location for adventure sports with Zipworld, Bounce Below, Tree Top Adventures, Anglesey Rib Rides, the National Outdoor Sailing Centre and the National Mountain Centre all within easy reach.
For the less energetic; there are the world famous Snowdon mountain railway, Welsh Highland Railway and the Ffestiniog railway, Portmeirion village, Bodnant Gardens, fabulous castles, national trust properties, great beaches and no less than 4 UNESCO world heritage sites.
