Great stay , perfect location for a chilled break

This was our second visit and will not be our last. It has everything we need and more for us as a family, my 8 year old couldn’t get enough of the swimming pool. Even on a rainy day the place was perfect as it’s also in a great location to explore Anglesey.

If you arrive, just make sure you find out any activities that are on, the reception desk told us there wasn’t any, but there were actually two pool parties but the pool staff also tried to imply the pool was closed at 5pm, bit strange . This is nothing to do with the property host, just a note for future guests to make sure you find out if there is anything on.

Merveilleux. Comme à la maison.

The location to start with is wonderful. The caravan was tidy and well set up. The host was helpful and the receptionists gave good directions. The wardens came within 5 minutes of being called and were super helpful. The caravans are a well thought idea and for us it was home away from home, with all the facilities you would require. Then comes the spa and the swimming pool, that was the icing on the cake, we will definitely be visiting again.

Everything was well thought through. We just came during a windy and wet period but enjoyed ourselves so much still.

Very peaceful even though a few issues affected our comfort.

The drive into Wales is one of those rare and beautiful journeys where the scenery becomes part of the experience. The journey is a blend of dramatic landscapes and simple, peaceful beauty. The caravan is located 24-28 mins away from Bangor (the city we travel to for food)

Unfortunately, the oven didn’t work during our stay, and the heating failed in the last couple of days. This made things quite uncomfortable, especially because the weather was so cold. On top of that, the sofa bed was broken, which added to the inconvenience.

The park was lovely and we enjoy swimming pool but the prices are a bit expensive for a big family in the top on the car

Lovely homely property that was was well fitted out and practical. Had everything we needed and was really homely and comfortable. Location was nice shame we were only staying overnight

Great location, clean and comfortable holiday caravan!

Everything was very easy on the front end. The place was clean and ready for us. Wifi was reliable and fast, all appliances in excellent working order. We felt very comfortable there!!

(We were there during the back end of a very rare heat wave and could have used a fan, but I'm sure that sort of heat is so rare it would barely get used.)

Fantastic accommodation on an exceptionally beautiful site

Brynteg is beautiful and the best site we have ever had the fortune to stay on. My friend and i were bowled over and felt it was very good value for money. Number 57 is gorgeous, clean, well furnished , and very comfortable, including the beds. Lots of helpful information to enhance your stay. Danielle , the lovely host, is so helpful . It is also on an amazing, very clean, tranquil, beautiful kept site. A fantastic lake, with ducks , black swans, and an array of wildlife. The location is stunning. This visit exceeded all expectations and hope to visit again soon. Thank you.

We often said we would definitely go back to stay there however the bed has made us question this.

Location in Snowdonia is perfect. Holiday Park was lovely and friendly. Staff were welcoming and helpful. Caravan was immaculate with everything we needed.

We both found the bed quite uncomfortable which affected our days out the following day.

Cosy retreat

Clean, cosy, compact, quiet. Location: close to mountains and attractions but also able to walk into countryside from door. Deck area to enjoy the evening sun.

Parking wasn't clear it's not a space for your car it's communal but there is enough parking on the site. Dog charge quite high at £35 but a great place to take dogs lots of outdoor space and beautiful lake

Very enjoyable.

Nicely furnished caravan, comfortable and a lovely quiet spot. Great to have the dog shower station, a big positive.

The bedding had past its best and a few small items such as a wooden spoon, a bath mat for the shower, an extra pillow each, 2ply loo roll and a better cheese grater would have improved it further.

Clean and modern ,roomy ,location could not be better for exploring North Wales .Site is excellent - my childrens ages 3,6,7 enough to keep them busy during the day. Site staff are helpful.

Excellent host and accommodation for a 2 night break with friends.

Excellent host and beautiful accommodation. Communication was really good, clear instructions about our stay and on arrival a welcome pack also with advice and attractions in the area. The holiday home was well maintained, clean, and had everything you needed. There was a welcome cake and milk provided, and the WiFi was also good to connect to. The complex is well maintained and has a lovely pool, spa area and bar. Just what you need for a nice chilled break away. Overall, stay 10/10 with Danielle being an excellent host. We will definitely stay again. Thank you Sue

Everything! The caravan was super warm. The site was lovely and beautifully landscaped. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had everything in it that we needed. The welcome pack was a lovely touch. We would definitely stay again!

Disappointing

The caravan was clean

The caravan was very flimsy. Doors and walls were very thin. The wifi did not work and the TV would not connect to the WiFi despite it being called very fast. The advert said lakeside and mountain views. Unfortunately there weren't either. We couldn't find the lake. It was very expensive for what it was. Unfortunately I wouldn't return.

The property was not cleaned very well and no bedding was provided for the sofa bed. We did find some bedding buried deep in a drawer, but it clearly hadn’t been washed. We had to cobble together throws off beds.

Excellent host

Beautiful site with lots of amenities, pool and spa was clean and well kept, the boat house bar was a lovely place to relax and have a drink later in the night. Host was excellent and very responsive to any questions I had, would highly recommend and come back in the future, thank you Danielle

Wonderful stay, clean, good location, friendly host

Danielle, our host was so kind and helpful from the time of booking and throughout. The holiday home was in a good location, close to the play area, (play area is great) restaurant and pool. Pool and play area are some of the great things included in your stay. Everything really was clean and it smelt really fresh. Wifi was great along with comfy beds, decorated beautifully, smart tv, comfy sofas, good shower. Great for dogs and kids too. The home was very well equipped with anything you may need. The team at the park were all really friendly too. Lovely nature areas for walking. Super easy check in. We recommend number 57 Brynteg, we had a wonderful stay, thank you

Caravan was clean, comfortable, modern and had everything we needed. It was on a beautiful site with great facilities. Although not all we're open due to refurbishment. The host was incredibly helpful providing information before we arrived on the facilties and surrounding area. As well as contactable during our stay if we required. We also had a lovely welcome hamper

Only thing I would say but this couldn't be helped as it was out of season and refurbishments have to happen at some point- not all the facilities on the site were available

Great break despite some minor issues.

Location, caravan size, generaly clean ,amenities. Everything you need to cook for kids is available, enough plates, cups or catlery.

First night heating went off. We rang/texed security but no luck until next day morning, when gas supply was restored. Main bed mattress is ... not unconfortable yet but cannot say comfortable too. The worst part was bedding. Ours and children smelled cigarets. No such smell in the caravan, only the bedding!
