Wonderful cottage in excellent location with all the amenities you need as well as full of character.

All Y Bryn has loads of amenities from all you need in the kitchen through to games and puzzles and is exceptionally spacious. However the real gem is the fact that it is a cottage with load of character from the original oak breams through to the gorgeous period furniture. Here is outside space where needed and plenty pf stunning views and walks. The location is excellent only 30 minutes from Snowdon, 7 minutes to Llanfairpwllgwnllandysilio….. and 20 minutes to Betws-y-Coed. We would definitely recommend and return.

The size of the property was fab plenty of room for everyone the bedroom downstairs is ideal the enclosed back garden for our dog was fab and the parking enough for 3 cars

We would not come again

Location was convenient but otherwise we would not recommend the property

Were it not for a five hour drive we would have turned round and gone home. The property was cold and damp on arrival and felt as if it had not been used for some time although the host assured us that it had. It could have been solved by having the heating turned on during the day of our arrival. Once we had sorted out the heating things improved but the property is somewhat quirky and not comfortable.

Excellent place to stay for families to relax while enjoying the beauty of nature nearby.

Clean with excellent facilities of the entire house. Books and board games were plus a factor for family to have fun/bonding time.

The bathroom upstairs was a bit too clamy in my opinion however aside from that there is not much that I didn’t like about the property.

Mixed feelings

The location was not good if you cannot walk far like myself and my husband we had to use the car always. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen was very well stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses and crockery.

Things could have been cleaner on arrival. Dishwasher was still full of the last guests pots and really needed a good clean. The shower was very badly blocked didn’t look like it had been cleaned in months. On contacting the owner she arranged for someone to come round and clean it. The outside garden needed a lot of attention almost felt as if we were sitting in a field.
