Clean and comfortable!
Bed a bit small for two but appreciate the size of the room wasn’t big enough for a King Size

Comfortable and very quiet. We live in the country side and this was super silent. Could have slept till 10.00 am. Good location. Bed is very comfortable and nice duvet.
Lack of privacy. The French window and windows face the main drive so you need to have the curtains pulled. No tea or coffee as a welcome treat. If you want to have a cuppa, make sure you bring your own from day one. Sofa bed is knackered. Do not expect to sleep in it.
