A fabulous property in a fabulous location. Highly recommend!

A great sized property which allowed our dog with an enclosed back garden area which is a great size. The beach is a short distance down the road - perfect for our dog's early morning run. Loads of space in the house (even though it's called a cottage, it is actually a lovely sized house). 2 lounge areas, a conservatory- which was beautifully decorated for Christmas- a log burning fire and a really cosy atmosphere. 3 toilets, 2 showers - and a bath in the ensuite. Perfect for a family such as ours to meet up from different parts of the UK for Christmas. Exceptionally clean. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful views at the back of the property and a large drive/ garden area at the front. The TV is a smart TV and because I brought a plug-in Roku stick, we were able to watch Netflix etc. We couldn't see any way of doing this without the Roku stick, so if you have a plug in of your own - bring it along. The Wi-fi is on and off. BUT when it dropped out on the first evening we were there, the hosts immediately called out BT for us and after chatting with the engineer, it appears to be just that the Wi-Fi signal just isn't amazing - it drops in and out and this is the case for all the houses in this area. Nothing the hosts can do about it. As long as we had a signal for most of the time we were happy and this was the case (We all run our own businesses, so it was important to have a signal to respond to any customer queries etc). The Wi-Fi signal was ok enough in the evenings to watch Netflix/Catch up programmes for all but one evening of our week. Beaumaris is a beautiful town within a short drive. The local pub is great and very welcoming - we drove as it would be a fairly long walk in the dark along narrow winding roads, but if you're keen on walking, then it's fine with a torch at night. It is open during the day.

The settees in the main lounge are quite low, so we had to sit on cushions to feel comfortable - and as one of the party needs a hip replacement, they used a chair from the conservatory area. Not a major issue, but something to be aware of if you have older people staying.

everything to do with the cottage was fantastic, nothing to complain about.

Very happy

The cottage was lovely, very spacious kitchen with lots of comfy rooms including a conservatory and a living room with a log fire. Only a 15 minute walk to The Panton Arms for dinner and a drink, although take a torch as the walk back is pitch black. I would definitely stay here again!
