Beautiful scenery & warm, toasty cottage

Wonderful and peaceful stay. House very spacious and everything you needed. Felt very safe and a fabulous garden for the children if you needed it. Highly recommended.

Lovely cottage , a few little issues , but overall it was a lovely stay , love the fact we could take our dog with us an

Plenty of room , peaceful and well equipped, Even cups and plates for children . comfortable beds , and a choice of shower or bath . One toilet upstairs , one toilet downstairs . French doors onto the patio .

The banister to the stairs is very wobbly , with balance disability it was quite difficult .The cold tap jammed in the kitchen a couple of times , so had to turn it the just off ( needs attention ) floor boards upstairs creak everywhere . ( when going to bed later than children can be a issue ) The pics of the outside need updating as we were looking for a white cottage when in fact it is grey and also the patio surround is now PVC but that is a bonus . The other brown fencing around the garden area is no longer there , and there was a lot of cobwebs, could be very easily hoovered away in between each persons stay . ( I understand it’s country but still could be hoovered above eye level on the ceilings .

Wonderful cottage with a farmhouse feel

Everything. Beautiful location, trampoline kept the kidd entertained, great WiFi connection, nice and warm on rainy days and lots of space. Cosy feel to it. Close to nature. All facilities worked well.

Great property but.....

It was just lovely. Clean and well equipped. They even had few toys to keep the young ones busy. Beds were quite comfortable.

1. Water mixer is not there in the bathrooms.Had to wash face in the kitchen sink. Please fix water mixer. Winters are approaching. 2. The location is quite a bit off the road. 3. There is no super market at walkable distance. 4. No swings were available contrary to what was advertised.

The property is set in a peaceful beautiful location, but also not far from local amenities. The cottage was spacious and clean, with a huge garden and lovely patio.

Bed was very uncomfortable had to sleep on top of quilt. No cleaning products apart from washing up liquid. No clingfilm , foil, plastic bags, handwash

Wonderful large cottage in beautiful Wales.

Farmhouse Cottage has large rooms it was a surprise how big. Two bathrooms also were helpful for seven of us . We feel like in our house. Wonderful Cottage.

Everything we needed was there to make it a home from home and very peaceful.

The access road was in poor condition and junction to main road was hidden by brow of hill.

The cows, horses and donkey where so friendly. Everywhere was within a 30 minute drive. The farmhouse was so cosy and we would definitely stay here again. The bedrooms where massive, 2 bathrooms was great.

Exceptional

Lovey and cosy, bonus was the free WiFi and TV which we weren’t expecting. Lots of games for children in the cupboard under the stairs.
