perfectly acceptable.

Did not have breakfast. Location fairly convenient.

No sign at the entrance to the property to say that the office for key collection was across the road - lucky that somebody came out of the property to guide me.

Pleasant

Easy access to all the areas and points of interest I wanted to explore.

Shared kitchen not clean. All electric sockets had tripped and freezer defrosting. Bins were full and small flies everywhere. When I let reception know situation was resolved. Over the next 4 days bins were not emptied again or kitchen cleaned.

Good location poor hygiene standards

Location is good just by a train station and easy access to local buses. Staff is friendly.

Cleaning standards very poor - bathroom was not clean I found old towel after someone. Kitchen facilities are fine however again I would not put food in to microwave. No opportunity to switch on heating for a bit after wet journey ( however I do understand is summer fair enough, I did not get answer once asked for it - could attend reception- did not think about it at a time)

it’s a safe gated property, clean compact quiet close to all shops restaurants and not far from town centre.

smaller than I thought but to be fair it is a studio and better than a hotel room with cooking facilities so no complaints

It's a wonderful location close to supermarkets and a car park

It was perfect location closer to many super markets with a car park.

None of the appliances worked and they have a faulty window.we had to call several times to sort the appliances on every day for 3 days in a row.tjough it was sorted I just feel as guests you'd expect it to be in working conditions and not a faulty fuse trip we spent most mornings sorting this out for 3 days. Otherwise everything else was perfect. They seriously need to change the mattress we ended up purchasing a duvet to go on top of the mattress so it's not springy and prickly. The bathroom was good enough for the size of the room. Hopefully other guests would benefit from our nightmare as appliances are sorted now....

Would definitely not recommend it!

The room was very dirty. There were several false fire alarms and one at 4 am that bothered our stay there. The facilities were not properly working especially the stoves in the kitchen so we could not properly cook and the staff was not helpful.

Stay in student accommodation

It was close to town which was great and it had a fridge kitchenette and shower room which was great.

There was no parking, the room was dirty so I had to buy products and clean, the bed is a three quarter bed not a double, the fridge leaked and there wasn’t any staff to speak to.

Not clean, noisy at night and infested with fleas

The staff communicated well and gave us fresh linen to replace the stained duvet, but not much else to like.

Student accommodation being let out in the holidays. On arrival, we found that the bed linen was stained and it seemed that the room hadn't been cleaned very recently judging by the number of dead wasps and flies on the surfaces. On the last night, we were kept awake until 4.30am by students or other guests partying in another room and in the morning, my partner found that she had bites on her arm and shoulder that she identified as flea bites. When we started looking, we found and killed a flea on the bed.

Clean. Comfortable bed. Good price. Good location for easy access to central Bangor shops and restaurants.

No rubbish bin provided. Occasional noise during the night from the car park/refuse area under the apartments.
