We liked the location in a secluded housing development. The living area on 2nd floor.
The fire alarm would go off each morning we had toast which wasn't burnt. Towel rail was never on to dry towels. Single bed in one room had duvet cover which was 3-4 feet longer than the actual duvet?

Beautiful spacious chalet. The host has provided lots of supplies which were much appreciated. Lovely and quiet area. I would 100% book again, we had a lovely time
It would be useful to have a second baby gate for the bottom of the stairs but we managed.

Great location just outside of Banchory with easy parking. Convenient key pick up. Check in/out was very smooth. Well-appointed kitchen and living space. Appreciated the nice touches and breakfast provided. The washing machine was very useful although the dryer function didn’t work well.
Main bathroom extractor fan doesn’t work efficiently, the room smells damp and towel rail was switched off so towels did not dry between uses. No cold water in the main bathroom sink although the shower pressure was good. We’ve been visiting this location for years and the property now needs a refresh, particularly given the price point and location.
