2-bedroom flat on the second floor, in a quiet street of the old Nice, just a few metres away from the Cours Saleya and the Promenade des Anglais.The flat has been renovated this year and consists of a living area with an equipped kitchen (2 hobs, oven, microwave, coffee maker, teapot, washing machine and tumble dryer combo), couch, TV, table, chairs, one bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a good quality 140 cm long bed. Very close to a number of shops (a convenience store, a bakery, a ravioli maker). There is also Wi-Fi internet access.

I've stayed in 30 different places in the last 2 years and this one was hands down, one of the best. The apartment is quaint and I loved the brick. I was thrilled by the kitchen because it was fully stocked with what I needed to cook a full meal. They also had plenty of supplies so I wasn't having to buy items for only a few days.The area was amazing!! I loved being able to walk to the beach within 3 minutes. The neighborhood was full of cute stores as well as a wide variety of restaurants with cuisines from around the world.Highly recommend.

Perfect location! It had everything we needed. We felt safe and it was a 2 minute walk to the beach! Very clean. Thank you! We had a great stay!

Location was great however sheets and duvets didn’t feel like they were actually washed and cleaned properly... nothing like amenity just handwash.
