Location, self checkin, everything you need in apartment (heating, cooling, hot water, kitchen, tv/wifi...).
Who needs location as primary choice and have no problem with sleeping discomfort, I definitely recommend.
Very old, uncomfortable and smelly mattress on the upper bed, so we had to sleep on the lower one (which is also uncomfortable). Advice to the owner to change it.
If you need comfort for sleeping, I do not recommend.
