Location, location, location…and very welcoming and kind owner/hosts in Madellena and Mario. Lots of stairs but the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. You can both be on the beach or eat at one of the many Old Town Nice restaurants within two minutes. Apartment is stoked with everything you need during your stay.
The steps didn’t really bother us even in the heat.

Location is super, very close to beach and morning market. the flat is equipped everything needed for five days makes me feel like at home.

The apartment was perfect! Can’t recommend it higher for a couple visiting Nice. The location in Old Nice was amazing, 200m from the beach and great restaurants at your front door. The facilities were great and the aircon and washing machine were amazing additions too! What made the trip special was Marco and Maddalena’s dedication and hospitality they truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and the best it could be. Will 100% be staying here again honestly the best decision of the trip!!
